Hello I was wondering if anyone could help or have any idea on how to fix this issue I’m having. I have an Xbox Series S and my friends have an unofficial server that they run. The first day I was able to join and play just fine but since then it won’t let me join it just keeps dash boarding me to the home Xbox screen. though I have concerns about the doable-ness of bosses. Most things I'm seeing suggest 20 bred rexes are mandatory, even for the easy difficulty and that's. Not really a slog I'm looking forward to, personally.

I'm bordering the swamp and I get attacked a lot but I figured 15 x-plants would do the job but I lost four plesi's due to piranhas and had an alpha raptor wreak some havoc too. the plants haven't been killing coel either for me so I don't know what the issue is but looks like I'm trying the turrets next hopefully that works.

If you are on a privately hosted server you won't face a lot of the issues those on official have. There will still be bugs and things will still not function 100%, dinos may mesh and die, your items may get lost, etc, etc. The games rating is based on the poor experience many had at release when servers were crashing constantly, joining official was near impossible, and there was a lot broken. Devs are fixing things but it's a matter of opinion on if it's fast enough.

There could be a fair few reasons for it. Game is up to date? Are you launching with anti-cheat enabled? Have you downloaded and consented to using the mod for the Xmas event? Are you on console or PC, there was a work around when cross platform launched that helped console players connect. Think that was resolved though. Do you have PC only multiplayer selected on the server list and are on console?

hello all, I have a question concerning mating for mutations on dinos - i think there is a max of 254 mutations and then things no longer get bonuses for new mutations. is this correct? So when breeding i have seen videos say only pass mutations down via a male and always use a base female with zero mutations so the number of mutations doesn't get screwed up. Is this correct? And lastly, if I get a benefifial mutation on a female do i just ignore it or do i keep a base male with no mutations to try and swap out mutations to another male? I am confused - I have a T.B.I. and trying to keep all this straight is a bit hard for me...

Could also be that you shoot too fast, torpor isn’t applied instantly so waiting a couple seconds (like 3 or something) between shots makes sure the tame gets the torpor before you damage it more

Don’t wait too long though because then it will loose torpor instead and you’ll have the reverse effect
