You are the first and only person I've seen post on here they don't want crypods. Yet there are many from people asking for them. I based my answer on fact, it had nothing to do with agreeing or disagreeing with you. You claimed you HAD to use them. I simply said you don't.
And if your tribe owns a server then again the answer is simple. Don't use them. There is even an option in settings to disable certain engrams, so disable cryo's when they are released. You're welcome

You can use it to grind huge amounts of wood or stone very fast, gaining 4xp per piece grinded. So yes it is a useful way to get xp quickly, especially if combined with explorer notes or broths.
Can also be used to give xp to dinos. Have a tribe mate sit on a dino next to the grinder. Note the person who actually does the grinding can't sit on the dino, must be another player to get shared xp

I'm gonna be honest but being 8 years after the launch of ASE and allowing entire servers to be unable to tame or breed IN A GAME ABOUT TAMING for the full duration of an event due to not having cryopods is one of the most amateurish mistakes I can fathom. It was a huge oversight by the team to allow players to vote for what they wanted.

Oh, I mean for non-modded. Idk about brachio. If brachio has same spawn rate as bronto though, then I'd still say Paracer. Bronto hands down is the best. Very easy to tame, gives the max of 100% of stats, and more common than other 100% stat dinos like Giga and Charchar, so it's easier to find a high level one. But, while the Bronto is easier to find, that doesn't make it easy to find. They're still pretty uncommon. The Paracer on the other hand, go to the swamp and you can find about 25-30 within a few minutes, drastically increasing odds of finding a high level, so they're overall easier than any of the other good options. Also easy to tame and they give 90% of stat which is still really good

Just statistically speaking, it is significantly harder to find a 150 Bronto than it is to find a 150 Paracer. It's all a numbers game and Paracers far outnumber Brontos and in a way more condensed search area

Not really? Your host also needs to be good. It's just like any other breeding. It's a game of chance, which parent gets it's stats from. You have a crappy host and crappy luck, you're going to get a crappy rhynio

But in all honesty, best host further down the line will be the Rex, no dispute (at least for pve). Rexes will be bred for bosses and get mutated to hell, and even with their 78% stat rate, it'll still trump a 100% from a base tame Bronto or giga because they don't get bred as much

But for me, I'm using a Paracer. Just easier to find and the loss of 10% stat effectiveness is fine with me if it saves me time trying to find a similar leveled Bronto. I went to every Bronto spawn area last night, looking for a good one. Highest I found was a 90. Took about an hour. I went to swamp, found like 5x more Paracers in 10 minutes and one was a 130, so I settled lol. I'm PvE so it doesn't really even matter too much the difference

Yeah, but you could get best of both worlds by having that with a vault while also not needing to ever land for stam if your location is far, or one that is greater in combat, or one that is greater at diving. Even if you don't currently have any plans to use it for those things, the option is still there for you in the event you change your mind without needing to go through the effort of getting another Rhynio. But to each their own

I would venture to guess they will be branded with the Event Name and will be some form of Official mod with the author being WC or whatever. They really didn't go into detail about all this so it is all speculation atm. To make it easier I would make each mod branded with the Event Name and year of release just so it would help alleviate confusion.

Mutations occur when a +1 in stats occur, and is most often accompanied by a color mutation as well. (With exceptions) so if a +1 occurs you can tell that happened by the color change as well

The baby will always be based on the amount of stat points the parents have. If there's 5 stats, one parent is 20/0/20/0/20 (level 61) and the other parent is 0/20/0/20/0 (level 41) then the child can theoretically come out 101 if you are lucky and get the highest stat from each parent

Rhynio carrying vaults is broken, they aren't falling just disappearing. It been reported since it went live on Steam. WC hasn't been able to figure out yet what is causing it.

Just avoid using structure pickup with a Rhynio until you see a patch notes that shows it fixed is the best thing to do.

Imprinted a Ptern in ASA.. I imprinted it to 100%, and when using super spyglass, it showed me the new stats with bonuses, but when it finished raising, only the health had increased stats.. Is this normal in ASA?

Edit: as soon as I put a point in a stat like Weight, all stats popped up to what it should be after imprinting.. guess that's a bug they need to fix.
