What's your internets download speed for example I have 1gb a second. And what device are you streaming to?

If your speeds not high for example or you aren't using a good enough device then it will have bad input lag and latency and you also need to turn off the auto adjust for poor network settings.

500mps, on a gtx 1050ti i5-8th gen, 16gb ram. There are times when i can play up to 6-7 hours with no problem, but thats rare, mostly can play for 5-10 min

It's the device your streaming to it's not strong enough imo. My buddy has a computer with a way newer graphics card than that and he can't stream it well either. You may be better off using the GeForce now app on phone tablet or Xbox if you have one. he switched tohia Xbox browser and says the difference is night and day.

my next option if was my situation i'd go in and find the install file location of ark go back so you see ark install right then go to steam uninstall it then go back to that folder make sure folder is gone and anything else related to ark give it a clean uninstall right then i'd restart let pc clean it up from registery and then id' do a check disk to make sure my hard drive has no error's then i'd attempt it again this best solution i have other then that u could find a program to clean up registry files and errors and all that but that's whole nother thing

the island never had a ceiling forcefield for some reason, it just lets you go out of bounds, where you promptly die. i made a mod to fix it in ASE, going to port it once i get save transfers finished

it seems that it should run ark, looking online it seems to be within the min. req. But, this game is really unoptimized. I ran around all day no fatal errors. another day they were all the time.

that just about barely meets the min spec equivalent, and the CPU is probably a potato if that is a lower end laptop. so it will "run"..

a lot of the crashes are game bugs, not necessarily hardware issues

As far as I know there is no real fix for the Exception, Lowlevelfatal, and fatal crashes. The Devs need to fix it and tbh people shouldn't have to go out of their ways just to fix it when it's clearly on the game. I've seen some people say they "fixed" it by switching to Dx11.

i saw something like that earlier, looks like it is a shader related engine bug from the full stacktrace i saw. not clear what actually causes it yet

DX11 handles shaders pretty differently, it would avoid any DX12 shader issues.. at a huge performance hit

And I know players have been submitting these errors (including myself) The devs just haven't gotten to it. Since the servers seem to be having a ton of issues?

Im kind of confused why a vault is at max 15k hp if it needs to be placed on a foundation in ASA. Whats the point of a 50k hp vault being destroyed when a 15k hp metal foundation is...essentially making the vault 15k hp

But yah. Right now I cannot recommend this game unless it's on sale. With all the issues ASA has, 40$ is much for this game, despite you getting all the past DLC free when they release. and the QOL stuff they added. Seriously. The games good when it's good.
