gunpowder is really easy to craft in theory, needs only charcoal, stone and flint
but then you need a lot of it

in later game, once you get a wood and stone gatherer flint becomes the main annoying part

on the island anyway, on other maps there's plenty of good ways to get flint

the bosses are not nuts. once you do them once you understand it and you really only need about 40 mutations to beat alpha bosses
