A capped basilisk (assuming the projectiles are the same as a poison wyvern’s), only does about 4.8k per poison ball. An extra 3.8k from the explosion would be only a total of ~8.7k (not including the gas cloud) which definitely can’t one shot a capped giga

If you hatch a rex anything higher than 374 then you aren't going to be able to fully level it so I tend to scrap anything above that regardless of stats or give them to new players as starter rex

Get a large group of rex and find the best of each stat from the group. So for example breed the highest health with the highest melee until you have a baby with both. Rinse and repeat with the next stat you want. For me the important thing is when you have what you want don't imprint the first babies as they will be the parents and you will be able to see the base stats

Megapithicus aka the big guerrilla boss drops a good bit on gamma even tho it’s an easy fight. Broodmother you get less but it’s a harder fight and dragon is the big payday on all of the difficultie. But they make you work for it. It is not a easy fight at all.

you can farm any boss to get element, gamma only requires the respective artifacts and otters can hold an infinite amount of artifacts as long as they have the weight, so you can do 1 cave run and get say, 5 artifacts if you waited and had an otter

its limited to 255 for wild levels (the levels you get from wild dinos and mutations) and you cant go over that, but if its 254 then you can add an extra 88 levels via xp
