Yeah, we're just a couple of dummies playing on crystal isles right now, we've tweaked it to make some of the more headachey parts of ark a bit easier to deal with, faster taming, S+ etc..

I would suggest not to mess too much with dino stats themselves, they're pretty balanced as they are
breeding is much too slow for casual gameplay though

Yeah, I'm new and playing "The Island" since it was first map. I tried others and will fully agree, it's good place to learn on. I highly sugest looking up how to make it so your dinos spawn in incriments of 5. It helps get higher numbers to apear. and not such a large level spectrum.

On the server I play on, I can do a lap around Fjordur's abberant cave, clearing out low level ravagers, and there's a new batch by the time I get back to the beginning (not a lot of time either). I was using Daedons to breed Wyverns and realized it was cheaper resource wise than feeding the rest of my Dino’s. So I just do that for everything. Just cooked meat. Then I only have 1 Dino to stock up food on. And I can focus on imprinting.

I just used cooked meat. On the lower level Daedon I used raw at first and it seemed to be less effective? Could have just been the stats for that hog though.
