changing the weight per tamed dino level back to 1 really made the train and traits alot more usefull

This one is consistent and very easy to replicate, can submit video if needed, feel like time is wasted on bug reports, never had anything back, but it displays whatever the last item you're holding in your inventory (Even if it's no longer in your inventory)

I'd submit a bug report, never getting anything back doesn't mean it isn't looked at and actioned. Also I just checked on my server and tooltips work fine, so it may be consistent and easy to replicate for you, but it may not be a widespread issue.

Oh yes I see what you mean it does stay on the item dropped/transferred. Worth submitting a bug report, but I have a feeling maybe the constant updating of tooltip is what caused the insane lag previously when mass transferring or dropping items.
