I play official and unofficial. Lost colony is a good map. Not my style but nonetheless good. All servers have their issues but the game play is fun. You can join unofficial and have tons of fun and you can join official and have tons of fun.

The experience I'm looking for is to try out this new Astreas map but PvE with decent mults, like 2xp 2-5xtaming 2-5xharvest. But I have heard that not having lost colony and bobs high tales can be intrusive on gameplay/immersion. Should I look for a server that just has astreos dinos and mechanics enabled? Or is that too niche. I don't want to play single player but I also dont want to spend 25 more dollars just to have the lost colony DLC when I want to play astraeos

It wasn't meant in that context, and reviewing my working I can see how it may be interpretted that way. I just meant on console, if I join the map in my friends mega base on my ps5 and sometimes the pro, it crashes. It doesnt do that on my PC. Its not a gloat, just an observation. The difference here is the hardware. My first thought of it happening on console would likely lead me to think I have too many structures placed. However, due to the fact it hasnt been happening and now is, with no change, it must be a bug and I wanted to see if others were experiencing this. I asked what people were on, becuase the Pro experiences it less than the base PS5.

You probably haven't turned On Disable dynamic cosmetic dls, so you have dl mods others have on their bases which wont show in mod store
