I really like the unofficial cluster under "Arkham" they also have a discord you can join, theres usually a welcome message that pops up with a current discord invite. There are rules, but they have a very active mod team, a cluster of pretty much every map, and i think you guys may like it! Its a little boosted but nothing super crazy

item and dino restoration would fall under customer support, and customer support has been closed for over a year now. they never have restored items even during ASE. As for dinos, they used to just spawn in a generic wild tame at max wild tame level (225) as a replacement regardless of what level the one you lost was, but you had to have video proof of it being due to a bug/glitch

basically GM's are the ones that handle those kinds of tickets and GM's are limited to what admin commands you can use in single player. So they don't have access to see anything outside of tribe log pretty much. So they would be restoring things based on people just saying "hey i lost this" and no way to look it up

to be able to see in the back end what item was lost and how (the way they do character restoration now) would be more in depth sort of thing a dev would have to have access to, and they are busy working on bug fixes etc and arent going to spend time giving people back mediocre loot and dinos lol

what is open for tickets is things regarding CoC guidelines, like griefing/exploits/overpillaring etc

I can log in solo. I've tried several servers, I can create my character, see the cutscene, but as soon as I'm supposed to spawn, I get a black screen for several minutes and then a "lost timeout" message.

i often get the black screen when joining, but a restart will normally fix that, if it's working in single player and just multiplayer then only thing i can think of is to disable dynamic downloads and clear steam cache - only things i can think of - if those don;t work then hopefully someone else has a better idea what's going on - try #bobs-with-probs or @keen venture when he's on

You can literally determine if someone has malicious intent by how they respond and act. Are they offering a boss fight and you need to invite them to something? Wow that’s sus, are they offering to do an outpost with you if you bring all of your stuff / best gear? Wow that’s sus.
For that matter, are they offering to do these activities with you and put no effort in potentially providing help if needed? Wow that’s still actually kinda sus
