its not speculation when every single release they have done over ASE and ASA happens the same way every single time. they give an initial date, the date gets pushed back once, then the date gets pushed back a second time...usually by a few days to a week. the 'day' finally arrives, and it gets pushed back by hours into the late evening. then finally it releases the following day around noon'ish

i actually took the time and consulted our premium ai models for large data computation that i have access to through work, and taking about 12 minutes of our (right now luckily not heavily used - HR would probs slaughter me if i did this during peak working hours) supercomputers time remotely, and i can tell u confidently theres not a single time zone that would actually have an overlap for the majority of people being at home in noon-evening time, aka theres no ideal launch time
