Sure, in the graphics menu it shows 100%, however under stats fps it shows 85.

Before the patch, 100% meant SCPT of 100. 90 meant 90.
Now 100 means 85.
If I lower 100 to 90, SCPT goes to 76.4

So I googled what SCPT means, and I haven't found a clear answer. Indicative of what? I don't even know.

It lowers with each DLSS quality setting too, so has to be something related to that.

All I am saying is that before the patch it was at a 100, and after it was a 85. With the same settings.

Alright, so you are telling me the game hardcoded a screen percentage of 85%, regardless of the upscaler used (unreal, dlss, fsr).

that is the real native resolution scalar in unreal engine. anything in a game' settings menu just maps to some combination of internal settings. since the game can use three different upscalers, it mostly simplifies and hides that from the player, and may report nonsense if you are using DLSS/FSR
