I don't see how that's copyright. Discord and the music bots approve of it. The bots use the official YouTube, Spotify and SoundCloud API so it's legal in all means.

Rythm and Groovy are the two biggest music bots and unless there are some OperaGX specific server copyright policies then it's more than fine. Official Discord servers use it and HypeSquas houses use it.

heroku is an unstable and not secure platform in which anyone who knows html can steal your code. For example, if the GX crew went on heroku and added the code with their bot token I could easily "hack" into the files, get the token, change it from the dev portal and boom - i have full control of everything the bot does. And let me tell you, a stolen bot with admin perms is a BIG problem. They can kick it, but they wouldn;'t know there was even a problem until they saw problems happening.
