when searching "w <something>" it searches something in wikipedia, but some languages (like polish) use "w" as a word so it becomes harder to search some specific things, how about to search in a specific website you'll need to do "w/ <something>"

The only thing keeping me from being able to completely switch over is not having workspaces in mobile…. (and the pinboards) Especially when it comes to using my iPad, going from the desktop to iPad and not being able to use the workspaces or pinboards that I’ve put together is a pain so I usually end up using Safari’s tab grouping for the iPad instead. The integration would be incredibly helpful, but I believe pinboards and mobile at least is still in beta? So understandable why it isn’t, just wanted to mention it if it isn’t already on the radar. Mobile version in general lacks a most of the features from desktop so I’m excited to see the updates as it progresses.

Sometimes it's really helpful but sometimes it's also just a hassle to work with. It's a small change but if u could just close all of your tabs from a workspace at once, and instead of switching to a different workspace making u have to click back on the one u want. I feel like little management tools such as moving selected tabs to a completely new workspace/window would make opera much more easier to use. Another thing that's bugging me is the fact that moving tabs to a different window is a lot harder than it has to be. It's strange when I open a new window and switch to a workspace, it isn't there. Because of the weird way opera acts with different windows and workspaces, if I just want to separate some tabs into to two windows, the tabs in the second window aren't connected to the workspace. I feel like opera has a lot of wacky and unnecessary tools (not saying that's a bad thing) like close all tabs to the right, or mute all other tabs. But to do these thing u have to bring up this massive list of functions that makes it tedious to use.

Hi, A suggestion from my side, as a person who enjoys playing games on websites, although I love browser sounds and is very satisfying, I would suggest to make it so that a continuous press on a key doesn't spam the sound effect. Instead it should make a sound for the first press of a button and then no sound after it is being held down

ofcourse, I could turn the typing sounds in settings but its quite annoying to go back every time i play and adding to that, I really like the key press sounds its just that after holding down a , the sound makes it unbearable to my ears

I'm this close to switch to opera gx as my main browser.. The thing holding me back is the how large number of tabs is handled.. I'm used to firefox were I can just use the mouse wheel to scroll through all the tabs, and then they have a minimum width as well..
I need that in opera gx.. Other than that, is't an excellent browser, but for that reason alone, I won't be able to set it as my main just yet..

That goes to the next/previous tab, which isn't ideal when having like 50 tabs, and you want to go from 1 to 27 or something.. Then you have to click number 2 key 26 times.. Also, if you got some youtube tabs on the way to get there, they'll start playing, and since 1 and 2 is used on youtube for going to 1min, 2min, and so on, then that's not a good solution either.

Greetings, there's a little problem with the browser. When you try to drag an image to the desktop, if you hover your mouse over one of the quick access icons, it will actually open them. This means that every time you try to drag an image over the left side of the browser to the desktop/a folder, it will open one of the apps.

I am not sure if this problem has been talked about already yet, but it would be cool if it was fixed.

No. If one of the tabs is a youtube video, then it gets stuck at that tab, as it tries to seek in the video instead..
I'm gonna leave Opera installed on my pc for now, and then hopefully it'll be sorted in the future. I'm gonna stick with Firefox until Opera can handle lots of tabs in a more user-friendly manner, and as it is now Opera isn't suited for people who have lots of tabs.

My suggestion is that the browser has a function to clean the browser automatically when you close it, that is, cache, etc. but not clear all the data, no logout from accounts! need only delete trash! 1 add tab-groups (i know you claim that workspace is the solution, but its not. tab-groups give you a smaller grouping (workspace = ["study", "tv"]), where tab-groups is like for each course, and for each tv series. also workspace is the same for all windows...)

Feature request: Tab groups
Before you say Workspaces: it's different and I want both.

Google Chrome Beta has added tab groups, which allows you to tether and color code several tabs together and open or collapse them in the tabs bar. This means you CAN get them out of sight, but you can also keep them all visible but organized into groups. This is great for organizing multiple time-sensitive projects that require my attention at the same time.

Meanwhile, OperaGX has workspaces, which completely hides away everything almost as if it's a different browser window. This is excellent for projects I am working on between time-sensitive projects, as I can entirely push them out of view to focus on important tasks. It's also a great way to switch from work-time to break-time; I can simply have a workspace with youtube, webcomics, etc and pop over there when not working.

If tab groups were part of OperaGX, I could finally consolidate absolutely everything into one browser instead of using one browser for work, one for play, and one for work side-projects.

Bonus points if Workspaces could be set up to have different colorschemes, that way I can tell which workspace I'm in at a glance.

Hi! I have a suggestion for the GCX team. When I'm on the main home page for games, and I sort by Highest Rated (/games/?sort=average-rating-desc), the results are not weighted. It looks like a game with one 5-star rating would appear above a game with a hundred reviews totaling 4.9. Not sure if it's been suggested yet but please consider a "Multiple" Bookmarks key command. With something like Firefox if I press Ctrl+Shift+D it will bookmark all the tabs I have open on a selected window under a new bookmark folder that I name.

This is very useful when you're trying to bookmark things like mod pages for Nexusmods, tabs for Amazon, or when you have different tabs open to help find answer for a tech issue. It's much quicker than bookmarking each individual tab.

I have some ideas for Flow:

1. Add the option to edit previously made notes and make them moveable so older notes don't have to get lost into the void or so I can order them by importance if I want.
2. Add the ability to make individual notes a different color so it's easier to differentiate what kind of note I'm making. I'm currently using emojis for that but it's not doing the job well enough.
3. Add the ability to select texts from web pages and then have the option to add them into a new note. Not really necessary but it's an efficient quality of life feature so I don't have to manually open Flow and then copy and paste stuff.

Suggestion to add a feature to GX mobile to allow grouping starred pages to a folder or have a separate page for it linked in the GX menu pop-up. Since in my opinion it makes the main page look cluttered especially when you start to add more than 3 rows, it pushes the GX corner further down.
