hi, I have that problem where if Opera GX is in full screen and I press Alt + F4 and re-open Opera GX, it bugs and I have black screen and I have to open Task Manager and do "End Task" on all the Opera GX and there are 10+ tasks open so I have to do to all of them, is there a mod to fix it? because I'm addicted to press Alt + F4 top close something and when it happens on Opera GX it bugs

it's an offline game.. it's not connecting to the internet, it's just hosted on the gamejolt servers (files need to stay somewhere now, right?). Also just because you can play it when you have internet doesn;t mean anything, offline apps don't stop when you connect.
Networking/multiplayer in games is quite a big feature and you should probably ask the developer of Operius to think about it

yes, really; i did some testing and found that gx workspaces take less memory than equivalent chrome tab groups.
unrelated: even tried multiple windows instead of workspaces and groups. for chrome, having a set of tabs spread out into multiple windows resulted better than one window with tab groups; whereas for gx workspaces resulted better than multiple windows

2. The game registers the screenshot and tells you that there is a new enemy in your bestiary
3. You can now find the enemy in your bestiary

How this relates:
You could possibly take a screenshot/doubletap both volume buttons and Opera can give you exiting o on what’s on your screen eg a minimal of an address or more information on a famous person

I don't know if this is a very good suggestion, but here we go.

There are a few add-ons that allow you to have floating icons on your browser's home screen, if I remember correctly. Possibly, that could be implemented as an Opera GX feature? All you would have to do would be go to settings > wherever you go for wallpaper stuff > bouncing icons (better name can be determined), and choose one. Could be one of the GX logo, maybe random popular emojis, and maybe some meme ones too. (Pepe, Troll Face, Trollge, Roblox "OOF" head, despacito spider, :feelsbadman:, rainbow slime, etc).

I use an extension called Stylus (which basically enables you to use whatever CSS you want on any page, and there are a lot of user-uploaded styles as well, and almost every site has a "dark" style, if not you're free to make one and publish it too!) If we're talking SCHOOL PC's, that's basically impossible, most schools hand out Chromebooks now which are heavily monitored, and don't run windows files, don't have the space for Linux/Debian files, or the one who runs these Chromebooks disables downloads or third party programs. And, uhhh, might want to change the wording a little. "! thats a windows thing not gx, it happens with most chromium based browsers afaik (i've seen chrome, gx and edge all do this) not just with fullscreen applications but just alt tabbing out of applications
however, if you alt-tab out of the new application into the browser, it goes away and then you can change the window again.

Which browser uses the least RAM? Opera or Opera GX? I ask this because my pc has been overhauled recently with lots of tasks and I need a more efficient browser to go with, on occasional times my oc even crashes. I am aware of Opera GX's RAM limiter, but it's not really much help in my case, since it slows down the websites I open significantly which is bad, so I come here to ask of you which browser is best for overhauling and uses the least RAM. If not between the two, which browser should I use then?

I have 2 monitors and 2 windows, but it seems whenever I close the windows they never save, only saves when I use one window on one monitor, please adapt the tab save to save windows and tabs on multiple monitors

I feel like Opera GX should add icons to websites on the search bar. They will be able to be changed but for ones like YouTube for example it will be a gif of the YouTube icon. You should also let you add friends (like on discord) and chat w/ them. Tell me your opinion on my suggestion.

@light pumice its not possible because youtube will not be sending this information at all in the future, so there's no way to "unhide" it. (you'll probably find it somehow for 1-2 months) so it doesnt make sense to make an extension for a short period of time

weird that this happened but suggestion for gx mobile (android): put the number of tabs back in front of the "tabs" button as before, i have no clue why something like this would be removed

also there is now way to access flags/experiments (i dont know if its even chrome-based but it does seem to recognize chrome:// as a valid schema, so it probably is based on chrome (opera:// anything just goes to google search))
i think a set of filtered experiments should be able to be accessed by the user.
also we need more detailed official information about gx mobile, next to nothing is known about it
