On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

@sly solstice I saw your feedback post, the reason you got banned is most likely because you installed cheats or they weren’t updated to the latest version of the game. They don’t normally ban for just having mods installed unless it’s cheats or sometimes when they are not updated.

• However all mods come with a risk of a ban you are not immune, they do not support modding
• Modding bans typically aren’t unbannable unless it’s a false positive by the anti cheat which in this case it most likely wasn’t
