On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.

Every time I get false banned they always say the ban is right also one time I got unbanned and 12 days later I got false banned again and the email said "The auto-ban system considers the past 14 days of gameplay data, while our review process spans the last 30 day" so simply they don't read the reports and just hand it to a robot to do all the work for them
