To improve your skills at gorilla tag, I recommend practicing these things to make the game easier to play: The first one is training yourself to handle quick turns without losing balance. The second thing is training your reaction time, as a fast reaction time can help a lot! The third thing is muscle memory. Its good to constantly practice certain motions so that you can improve at walls + branching. And lastly, I recommend parkour/branching maps in either Monke-Blocks or Virtual Stump. This should help train your coordination and your adaptive skills. While its good to learnnto branch in the forest map, it can also be good to rely on your adaptive skills so you can branch in custom maps too.

Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.
