its quite easy to spot they have been toxic
because even if they cry false ban you have the reports from the 10 different lobbies telling you they have been

they use that to help farm out the culprits

Most players arent going to need to go through the verification process, thats mostly parents who want their children to have more features which would be disabled already without k-ID.
