On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.

You can either:

1. Make sure you’re on your own wifi
2. restart your headset
3. delete app data (doesn’t get rid of cosmetics)
4. uninstall and reinstall
5. factory reset your headset
6. MAKE SURE Troop is on default
7. reset router in house if all of these don’t work (use as a last resort)

this is an intirely different glitch than just not being able to join lobbies, the glitch makes it so that when you join a lobby, you cant see anyone or on the leaderboard, and they cant see you, It has nothing to do with a connection issue, headset issue, or troop settings issue
