I saw someone in a lobby with a fur pattern that kinda looked like the techno one that was cyan except it was red and black

Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default
