In the new update my game says 0 players online, but still shows the players banned. (I am not banned, my wifi is functioning properly) I cannot join lobbies either. Anyone know why?

Games showing 0 players on line try the following:

Your cosmetics are safe as they are stored on the our servers and not your Quest or PC.
A router restart may be required. check any settings for Firewalls or Parental Internet Controls.

On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.

One way I do it is when the file saves to my headset, I open my browser (on the headset) and go to google drive. I then upload the files there. Then download the video file on my google drive app on my phone
