It doesn't seem to really be causing issues there, but when I tried to copy it over to a different directory, my computer crashed, and it corrupted the entire hard drive. I'm not sure what to do about it for now, but we need to get things shipped, so I just changed the name of the file to note that nobody should try messing with it. It's not used anywhere, so we can figure out what to do about it later.||

well, if you knew how much went on behind the scenes you'd understand, Gorilla Tag doesn't want to pick someone and the eventually just stop caring about what that role stands for and just does something horrible and makes Gorilla Tag look bad.

They also watch and make sure to pick the best person, a trust kind, helpful enganged with the community person, not just someone who puts on a face for the role, it takes time, and actually watching people on discord to see what their really like. Not someone who puts on a clown face and puts a show on to get the role

i also want to add, i don't think any of us besides staff and devs know how much people get talked about for a Forest Guide or Forest Helper Role.

They had no legitimate way to notice those players in-game until GGWP. The current guides and helpers have years of trust. The in-game ones have only been noticeable for around 24-48 hours (how long GGWP has been in full force).

Just give it a year or two and you’ll start to see those players joining the ranks

Yeah! i completely understand where you coming from, i remember when the role was first introduced some many people had a fake face on for the role. In fact i saw so many people acting nice which i liked because no one was being rude, i took a break from the gorilla tag discord i only recently started chatting back here around a month ago, there's still some, but not as much as there were back then.
