Games showing 0 players on line try the following:
Your cosmetics are safe as they are stored on the our servers and not your Quest or PC.
A router restart may be required. check any settings for Firewalls or Parental Internet Controls.
On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus
On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default
Next step: Clearing the Appdata.

Just choose Gorilla Tag when following that.

You may have a snapshot on the Meta cloud backup service https://secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ please visit it and when you select Gorilla Tag if it is enabled you should see a restore button for a number of dates, choose the one prior to your App data reset.
