occasionally ill have to restart gtag but it's good normally

If it says 0 players on the computer then turn off your WiFi on your headset and turn it off then after 10 mins turn it on and turn on the headset wifi then it should fix

On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default
