Honestly I haven't even had a chance to catch up on runes yet, I had to break to update my discord for the eternal lands event. I do not see Ignite rune in the options (hence slow response). Are you referring to Searing or Flammable?
The effects differ in that 1 will add Ignite Effect to a hero with an active skill, the other need a hero with Ignition to be effective. Type of gear determines availability of Effects able to be added. The Stat Increases are applied to Units in which the hero is used in Battle.

The formation talent trees are separated into shark/scorpion & eagle, but as far as I know, they are general Stat Increases with the exception of the formation named tech designed to upgrade the desired attribute of each formation. So once researched (like class Profession) it a standard gain for all Units in battle.

The yellow bar is unit HP, The blue bar is HP shield, the elemental HP will be represented by a purple bar but it is very minimal so it wont show in the bar, show your navy heroes combo to be sure what Hp buffs you are referring to

From the screenshot, i see your navy is using snake and cromwell whose skill only work for army. Hence their HP shield skills wont work on navy

Mastery regardless what lvl it is will not have any HP shield buff, only HP buff so mastery is irrelevant here

You should research more on HP buff, HP shield and how some heroes skill will work on different type of troops so you can tell the difference between them

The easy way is to simply go to heroes, click the first one, click on skill and see if it says hp, then use the right arrow, skill, check for hp, etc

for meta builds, the hero combo screen will have hp heroes replace each other, so if you find one you've found them all.

Well, it's not easy answer. You need to know how events work.

In short, you certainly should buy this, if you plan to spend money on the event. This one is better than usual, as it's 21 day event. Also, output from this event is relatively good (3-4 vouchers per draw, it can be even better, depends on luck) compared to others.

So, yes, I would say, go for it, if you plan to spend. This time, it's maybe even skin for 50-60 USD/EUR.

Heroes that support only one unit type usually are a bit better than universal heroes. But, by using them, you lose encirclement, plus benefits of gold units there (if you have gold units).

But, difference is not that big that I would insist on using only one unit type. Also, universal heroes live longer, as they can be used in more unit types, so even when they are not the best, they are usually in better position than only one unit types.

Long term strategy would be that you work with universal heroes.

For example, Striker is universal, and better than Layla, Gypsy, or Po now, they would be also better choice than Kotiya, and you can take Asuka as universal HP hero with some additional ATK.

But, at the moment, I would go with Asuka, she doesn't need es, plus she would be nice in any set-up. If you have Asuka, forget about Zhen, or Crimson

And, in all testing I have seen, including my, Zhen has noticeably lower damage than Crimson. When I saw Zhen, I instantly made Po 5* es5, as I was waiting to see if we will get universal Crimson. We got much worse instead. Hence, Po es5. And, Po is a beast. 😄

About that, well, I would save them. It's so hard for you to get them, so, yes, you need a great hero for es5. And that would be Striker, not Layla. Or, some new hero, that will come.

And, about taking all heroes, just take them, if for nothing else, to boost gold production (not that I need more gold, but I still take them and give them gold skills. :D)

So, don't force it, enjoy your time, learn on mistakes (Asuka is a good example), read about new heroes, and the really good one will come. We do get a lot of heroes.

I would go with Po, Striker and Asuka mainly for these two reasons:

a) It's universal, works with all unit types, universal heroes live longer
b) Asuka doesn't need es5, Snake does.

If you really desires to destroy that specific navy then use po striker asuka with air unit then let the suppression do the job. Keep it army that way and see

it's indeed damn good but the fact that even on the max stars of unbreakable, it's just 50% of actual indes stats for the 3rd round. 15% stats at 0 stars

so maybe needa check how far you can upgrade the unbreakable one

so yeah, would recommend the tactical awareness, even at 0 stars you can equip it to the other parts up to 9 parts for 3 heroes with is can earn up to 90% dmg inc at 0 stars

Registration is open for 23:59:59. Once an alliance registers, only members in the alliance at that time can participate. Even if they move to an unregistered alliance they are locked into initial alliance. Players can be altered until matching stage, but are limited to those in alliance & not locked into another.
