New Army hero: Springfield the Bald Eagle is joining with us soon! Given that his grandfather taught him how to use a sniper rifle and he was a member of several organizations, he eventually joined us and became one of the greatest shooters. This hero is only available for a limited time.

Skill:
M89 - Grenade
Army units in the first 2 rows get 40.0% HP Shield, and after launching a normal attack, there is a chance to fire 1-3 grenades that do 120.0% damage each towards the rear two rows of the opponent. When this hero is defending, the first 2 rows of army units get an extra 25.0% HP Shield, and all units in the first 2 rows get 60% damage reduction for 2 rounds. The damage reduction effect then fades on the third round.

All participating warzones (S1-2150) will be assigned to battle in groups of 32 at random, for a total of 24 groups. Every weekend, there will be an SVS match. The winner moves on, and the loser is out.

📌What's New:
The winner and runner-up of the group knockout stage go to the "All-Star Finals." There are 64 warzones in the "finals," and the remaining 16 spots are decided by votes.

📌About The "Votes"
Voters will decide the fate of the 3rd through 8th warzones in each of the 24 groups, and the 9th through 32nd war zones will be the voters.

No. 3 through No. 8 warzones: Voting will take place after the All-star Tournaments. If your warzone eligible, your warzone leader may fill out the "Warzone Statement" on the Voting menu. The warzone that completes the Statement will be shown on the voting wall for the voters to vote. The third and fourth-placed warzones in the group will get 50,000 votes, while the fifth through eighth-placed warzones will receive 10,000 votes.

No. 9 through No. 32 warzones: Voting will take place after the All-star Tournaments. If your warzone is eligible to vote, all commanders at Lv. 80 may vote for 2 warzones shown on the Voting Wall everyday. You cannot modify your vote once it has been cast. You will get a supporter reward if the warzone for which you voted makes it to the Top 32 servers in the final.

Formation Rework🦈

Q：What is Formation Rework?
💡 A: "Assault" and "Fortified Formation" will inherit their levels and, along with the newly introduced Defense Formation, become part of the "Formation Technology" system to enhance the combat capabilities of various units.

The bonus effects in "Formation Technology" are permanently effective without restrictions, meaning you don't have to set up a corresponding formation to have them active in all battles. The bonuses from "Assault" and "Fortified and Defense Formation" stack in all battles.

The items used to upgrade Assault and Fortified Formations in "Formation Technology" remain the same as before the update. The new Defense Formation provides all nine soldiers with attributes that increase their HP and defense, greatly improving their survivability. The upgrade materials required are "Formation 101" and "Formation Manual - Defense".

Q: Will the new Formation cause all the items I previously consumed to be cleared or reset?
💡A: No, the Formation Rework will perfectly migrate your progress to the new one, so your previous efforts won't be in vain. Once the feature is released, the old system will be integrated into the new one instantly.

Q: The damage debuff in the previous Fortified Formation was not very strong. Will the new version of Formation address this issue?
💡A: Yes, in this new version, the damage debuff of the original Fortified Formation will no longer be available. With the effective features of the "Formation Technology," the effect of maximum level of Assault Formation and Fortified Formation will be shown in the new version of Formation as below.

Q: What is the new Shark Formation?
💡A: The Shark Formation is a new Formation. Tier III Shark Formation will introduce a new slot called the Backup Slot. You can deploy the tenth unit on the battle panel, and when all units in any of the five squares in Formation: Shark are killed, the backup unit will immediately be deployed in that slot for combat.

We hope the new Formation system will become a powerful fighting tool for your strategic needs!

Q: Do I need to max out the old formations before experiencing the new one?
💡A: No, you don't. After the Assault and Fortified Formation were integrated into the "Formation Technology," their effects are completely different from the Formation: Shark and there are no prerequisites for using it. So even if the old formations were not upgraded, you can directly learn the Formation: Shark.

Level-up - directly increase the attributes of slots: each level-up will increase the combat attributes of slots 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8.
Tier-up - unlock new mechanisms and all slot attributes: each tier-up will increase the combat attributes of all slots, and unlock the unique backup slot mechanism of this formation in the third tier.
There is no prerequisite relationship between upgrading and tier-up. Upgrade and tier-up materials will be available in some shops. The choice is yours!

👀 **Time and scope: **👀
After the May 5th update, 👉 some servers👈 will have access to the New Formation feature before others. The full server release is expected on May 10th.
Non-priority servers will receive new "formation" development items that can be exchanged in stores at that time.

👀 **Getting reinforcements during battle?**👀
Units that are replenished in the backup slot won't get the buffs that activate at the start of the game. However, all other buffs can still be inherited, and any debuffs that have not expired yet (such as ignite or "unable to launch regular attacks" caused by enemy attacks) will be removed!

Exceptions are:
Buffs that can not be inherited:
Pulse Jammer: If Pulse Jammer is placed in the air force and the original 9-slot units are army units while the backup slot is deployed with air force, the Pulse Jammer effect won't activate.
Encirclement: If Combat Elite deploys units in the backup slot that are different from the units in the 9 slots, the Encirclement effect won't activate after being replenished by the backup slot.
Heavy Trooper: Heavy Trooper cannot be deployed in the Backup Slot.

Buffs that can be inherited or activated:
Decorations such as Golden Plane: The original 9-slot units are army units and the backup slot is air force. When the air force is replenished, the Golden Plane decoration's effect can be activated.
Hero buff effect: Hero's Attack Buff, HP Shield, Damage increase, decreased damage taken, Indestructible, Heavy Armor, "Hostile" mark, Counter-attack, Wild Instinct, "Strike", and other eligible buffs and are still in effect can be inherited.

Skill: Your Air Force units gain a 65% HP Shield and the "Combo Attack" effect, which provides a chance for 2-4 Regular Attacks when an Air Force unit launches a Regular Attack. When the hero's skill attacks "Ignited" targets, there will be an additional 30% damage increase.

Level 3 When this hero participates in the battle, Attack of all units +30%
Level 5 When attacking the enemy's back two rows with Regular Attack, there is a 50% damage increase. At the beginning of each round of battle, 10% Ignition status is randomly applied to three units in the enemy's back two rows.
Level 7 The "Combo Attack" effect now provides 3-5 Regular Attacks. When the hero's skill attacks "Ignited" targets, there is an additional 20% damage increase.

Condition: Available for acquisition after the Earthshaker E-100 and Blazing Gale Rx are ready for battle.

New Skill:
*Jaws of Vengeance: *Tide Crusher BW-3's regular attack now hits a single random target 2 times (can be the same target), dealing a certain percent of damage with each hit.

Flexi-bone: Tide Crusher BW-3 takes less damage, its base Attack will be lower.

Tidal Waves: At the end of each of its turns, Tide Crusher BW-3 goes into the "Tidal Wave" state, which reduces the damage it takes. If it is already in the "Tidal Wave" state, it cancels it and charges ahead, causing damage to a column of targets.

Cybernetic Frame: Tide Crusher BW-3's HP is increased.

*Aqua Smash: *Tidal Wave's tackle damage is increased, and there's a chance to stun a target with "ATK Debuff", rendering them unable to use regular attacks or release active skills, lasts for 1 turn.

· After the research process is completed, any remaining research attempts will be automatically converted into Gems, which can be collected in the Event Reward Center.

   Battle stage: The Battle stage lasts 1 hour. You'll not be able to enter the battlefield if you have units under training, marching, or pending repair.
   Items: You cannot use most features and some items (including March Speed-up) in the battlefield
   How to earn points: You can get points by killing enemies, gathering, taking over facilities and airdrops.
   How to teleport: take over a special facility to teleport to the area around the facility; the longer you hold the facility, the more teleport opportunities you will get. Opportunities are for all members
   Special Facilities
   Bomb Truck - Whoever K.O. the Truck will get the truck, it will explode and randomly attack the opponent's facility. After the explosion, all garrisons in the facility will be injured and retreat, and the attacker will take this facility.
   Repair Factory-There is no limit on the number of workshops in the repair factory here.

3. Reward stage-
   Rewards are decided by points you gained. Including participation rewards, alliance rewards, and individual rewards, which are sent by mail.

2. Battle stage -
   Battle stage: The Battle stage lasts 1 hour. You'll not be able to enter the battlefield if you have units under training, marching, or pending repair.
   Items: You cannot use most features and some items (including March Speed-up) in the battlefield
   How to earn points: You can get points by killing enemies, gathering, taking over facilities and airdrops.
   How to teleport: take over a special facility to teleport to the area around the facility; the longer you hold the facility, the more teleport opportunities you will get. Opportunities are for all members
   Special Facilities
   Bomb Truck - Whoever K.O. the Truck will get the truck, it will explode and randomly attack the opponent's facility. After the explosion, all garrisons in the facility will be injured and retreat, and the attacker will take this facility.
   Repair Factory-There is no limit on the number of workshops in the repair factory here.

3. Reward stage-
   Rewards are decided by points you gained. Including participation rewards, alliance rewards, and individual rewards, which are sent by mail.

About the "profession adjustment"

Generally, all 4 professions will be able to use 3 heroes in the battle, but different attribute routes

GM - provides heroes higher War and DEF stats. You'll have an extra skill slot (6 slots in total) and perks will give you extra stats bonus, and buff your hero skills in the future
TM - stronger formation: formations provide more attribute bonuses, and later you'll be able to set your formation (customise your formation), to match your hero and valhalla units
LC - might nerf the weakening tower, but you'll have more buildings (shield tower, for instance, and healing tower, etc.) Equipment (from the Arsenal) provides more attributes. there will be other "equip sets" to give you more attributes
The Scientist - cpnt provides more attributes to you, with extra cpnt slots. the element attribute will also give you more attribute bonuses (but only atk, def, dmg inc/dec, etc. NOT rof) and you can make potion (can trade them) and traps

GM - stronger heroes
TM- stronger formation
LC - more buildings, stronger equipment
GS - stronger cpnt, elemental attributes and craft items

A: We are still working on it and it's expected to be released early next month. We've got plenty of feedback regarding the balance of the classes, so we made the decision to adjust the Class system and we hope to bring a new balanced class system to the game.

Q: What's the Radar system? When will you release it on all servers?
A: We are testing and optimizing the Radar system, and it is expected to be released on all servers by the end of June.

Q: Will we have Eternal Land this month? What changes can we expect?
A: The Eternal Land event will be released before the end of June, and it will be announced in the game a week before it begins.

Q: Any changes made to the Ruins?
A: We are still adjusting the about the Ruin related content, and there will be some minor changes, no major ones though.

Q: The Alliance Log would be helpful to track the activities in the Alliance
A: Yes we are developing the Alliance Log feature and hopefully will put it to test by the end of June.

Q: Any new features added to the next SVS?

Today we revised the logic for the Lv. 70 Pack. A couple of months ago we added the Lv. 70 pack in game, and commander can see this pack after reaching Lv. 70. Back then if you were already Lv. 71 and above, you would see the pack after increasing 1 level, let's say if you were Lv. 72, you would see that at Lv. 73. But commanders at Lv. 80 wouldn't see this pack.
Today we optimized the logic for this pack. After the update, for Lv. 80 commanders didn't see it before, you'll see that pack right after you login to the game today.

❓: I promoted my SR Bumblebee SSR, but the shard I got from the event is still the SR shard. What am I supposed to do with those shards?
❗️: For the excessive shards this time, there will be an Item Redemption Event where you can use those extra shards to exchange for items. More events will be released for collaboration related contents in the future.
❓: I don't think Bumblebee is helpful.
❗️: Bumblebee is designed to be an SR that can be promoted to SSR. We've been thinking and testing his ranking and skills, should we put him as an "S rank" hero, etc. So as you can see Bumblebee is considered to be a beginner friendly hero. For the collaboration heroes in the future we would give them more "abilities" for more use cases.

How exciting? A brand new event where we can really see which servers are on top! Get ready...

Below is a brief description of the event along with some teaser images, what are they? I don't know, I guess that's up for discussion 🤫😝

Top-Star Championship Rules (1/4)👇
A Championship based on SVS matches where warzones are divided into Groups. Each group will have 32 Warzones or less and Each Group will have a Champion!
Server Transfer:
During the Tournament Commanders can transfer from one warzone to another ONLY before the Battle Zone Selection Stage during the FIRST Tournament Round.
Commanders still need to follow the Rules of Transfer
After the PREP STAGE of the SVS for the FIRST Tournament round begins, all commanders in the 32 warzones participating are NOT ALLOWED to transfer until the Championship is OVER
Groups
The Tournament will be held weekly. Each Warzone will be matched within the Group, however if a warzone decides NOT to participate or gets ELIMINATED from the tournament, then this warzone will have regular SVS

1.The warzone that WINS the match will be moved up the ranks of the tournament
2.The warzone that LOSES the match will be out of the competition
3.The Warzones that have no OPPONENT will still move to next round, Lucky them !

Warzones Supporters (2/4)👇
A new feature in the game to get more players from different warzones interacting with each other. What a great way to be a part of the whole Championship!
1.Each round, any commander can choose a random or specific warzone in their own group to support.
2.During the Tournament you can support ONE warzone from each grouping of warzones. You can choose a new warzone to support every svs round.
3.If a warzone has no opponent during a certain matchup, they can still be supported.
4.If YOUR warzone does not belong to any group, the system will assign it to a random one.
5.You can only select the warzone that you want to support BEFORE the end of Battle Zone Selection Stage. You can't support any warzones during the Prep Stage.
6.By supporting Warzones you can earn rewards which will be sent via mail once a Tournament round ends.
7.The rewards are dependent on the end results of each tournament.
8.Tokens earned by supporting warzones will be added to the Top-Star store and the items will be sent via mail.

The Infographic will only show your performance during the battle stage in each Tournament
1.Dominator
Commanders who defeated the biggest amount of UNITS during the battle stage
2.Fixer:
Commanders who repaired the biggest amount of UNITS during the battle stage
3.Builder:
Commanders who fully built strengthening or weakening Facilities during the battle stage
Note: only the Legendary Craftsman will earn points for building the facilities and only once they are fully built
4.Explorer:
Commanders who defeated the biggest amount of UNITS in Ruins during the battle stage
5.Conqueror:
Commanders who defeated the biggest amount of UNITS in the Capital or Silos during the battle stage
Note: if the warzone is not participating or has been knocked out of the Championship, you can not see the commanders infographic

Server Leaders
1.The SVS will be held weekly for 5 weeks
2.Each SVS if the capital gets occupied by an enemy server the leader will NOT be abdicated
3.The leader gifts limit will NOT be reset.

Bumblebee is the youngest member and one of the last recruits to the Autobots team.In Top War, Bumblebee converts into a small car, capable of great speed and endurance during vehicle combat!

Megatron's overwhelming firepower intimidates most Transformers bots, but that's not the only reason the Decepticons are under his control. In Top War, he converts into a gigantic, heavy tank and annihilates anything in his way.

Starscream often refers to himself as the Decepticons' deputy leader. He thinks he's just as good at strategy and warfare as Megatron, and he often goes against orders to prove it. It's no surprise that in Top War, Starscream converts into a domineering red and blue fighter jet.
