I don't have an official Stream Deck, and the Plus model is pretty cool. I just don't know if I'd actually be able to use it much.

As for what I've already got/potentially looking for:

When I first got the Elgato Multi Frame for Platform:6 I was excited about mounting the Master Mount S to the top of the frame so that I could have an overhead setup. Unfortunately, the Elgato Facecam Premium Full HD Webcam (10WAA9901) doesn't seem to be suitable for the task.

I would like to mimic the Logitech Reach, but on a larger scale. 

Currently, my idea doesn't utilize the Elgato Multi Frame at all. I have the Dual Monitor Mount base attached to the lower bar, which can slide side to side. I've attached the Elgato Mount S to the center post of the Dual Monitor Mount base. It can extend back and forth (to a very limited degree) and the mount can also swing side to side. It's just missing up and down.

It's crucial to have up and down adjustments to increase/decrease the field of view. Which of the options are best to achieve this?

As for the mount, The Wave Arm (not low profile) would work for moving things around more, but you'd need space between your monitors for the arm to fit.

Those are on the other desk. This one has wheels and can move around, which doesn't work well with electronics that need to be plugged in.

Any of those should work, but the wave mic arm will allow you more one handing set and forget instead of loosening, adjusting, and tightening.

With VST plugins, anything is possible, you can link your mic to a MIDI keyboard and change the key your voice is in, or add effects. Or you might want something simpler to use and then VoiceMod exists

Replays can sorta be done with a Stream Deck +? But theirs has a lever and a spinner to control frame by frame both forwards and backwards... I assume that'd prob be a pain to setup with a plugin

you can bind the dials on the Streamdeck+ to do tons of things, aswell as the regular buttons, but you have to set it up all yourself or hope someone made profiles that you can purchase that works with your application such as Sony Vegas or whatever

Oh I haven't bought it, I would if I could afford to, I casually stream and I do plan to record more videos than now, but I spend a TON of time on Discord in voicecalls with video and it's so great to be able to see the person you're talking to while they also see you eye to eye 🙂

I do have tons of ideas of topics I could cover that having the prompter would be superhelpful to remember what I wanna bring up, not full scripts generally but talkingpoints without having to glance at a screen like I have to do now ^^

I've noticed several Elgato products have a disclaimer of plugging direct into PC, not a USB hub.
Is that because not all USB hubs are powered?

Prompter is currently CA$269.99 with Key Light Mini and Cold Shoe.
Stream Deck + is on sale for CA$229.99, however adding that to the custom bundle shows as a total of CA$609.99?
Seems like the issue is the Prompter sale isn't being carried over properly.

As far as I know Stream Deck Mk1, Mk2, XL, Mini and Plus, all come in a blue box. Neo comes in a white one. The atomic purple special edition of the Mk2 comes in brown (other special editions may as well).

Actually quite curious about Companion

I’m just a regular streamer so I use the regular app xD

I just programmed quite a bit of automations

it's just more like for streamlining things

It's especially good when you have blackmagic design and many other productions gears

but then on the companion side, you would not get any of the "windows system" automation, spotify those kind of things

so I currently just installed the elgato software for when i'm not working on productions really

The base M4 mini should be more than enough. It has a hardware video encoder for H.264 and HEVC/H.265 so the overall load on the CPU shouldn't be too high.

Keep in mind you can't go over 3 meters / 10 ft with a USB 3.0 or 3.2 gen 2 cable without specialty cables which may or may not work.

You're generally better off running a longer HDMI cord to the capture card as that can go up to 50 ft with a decent one

But if you need a longer USB you'll have to soruce a third party one. Most of the capture cards need a USB 3.0 cable (5 Gbps), but 4K X needs a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) for best performance

You can assign different apps to different channels in the wave link software and theyre all listed as separate audio output devices.

Those are the Wave Line virtual channels. You can disable any you're not using in the sound settings (Press Windows Key + R and type mmsys.cpl, disable any you don't want on the playback tab). Any further issues with it, ask over in the #wave-audio community help channel

If you're having audio issues with the capture card, ask over in the community help channel for #capture-cards . It would help to describe what you're hearing too - eg static, underwater sound, missing directions.

I used to have a 3mt 3.0 usb extension cable connected to an iMac on another desk and my Stream Deck worked just fine. Just make sure the cable is 3.0 and that the connectors are blue (high speed). Probably the bandwidth needed for capturing is higher but in theory it should work. Anyways it should be better idea to have a larger HDMI cable as someone stated.

this sounds like you can just use the one action dedicated for this.... "Text" action

It has the ability to put a Title (For Streamdeck), the text to type, and the toggle ability to "Press Enter After Message" (basically this means when you press this button, it'll press the enter button for you automatically and send the message)

Same idea. The wave device is the “key” that authorizes wave link.
So if you use wave link it would keep turning off when it was disconnected, the computer would have to change audio devices and all that headache….
And if you don’t use wave link, then you might as well just keep your yeti. It’s a perfectly good sounding mic, the benefit of a wave device is the software mixer features.

Try that, the AI just wanted me to keep on doing RMA, Even when I put it in for tracking package. and then when I try to not do that, it brought me to a backdoor of their website that someone made to use account that link with their name. Have you already rebooted the PC? If you rolled back to 1.3.1 sometimes you have to restar the PC before it'll detect correctly again

A sponsorship isn’t going to be based off of the products that you have. A sponsorship or partnership is really based off of what you bring to the table what kind of content do you create, etc. there are some things that you might want to consider as requirements. I believe there was a video or a list that M Lozada put out. Explaining what they usually look for when it comes to partnerships.
