Is this just a normal UPS thing

i clicked the direct link to the shipment on the purchase page after it changed to show the UPS tracking number

If this is a brand new shipment, then yes that's normal. When the tracking number is generated it often takes a while to get through their systems. At the latest it should usually show up after the order is picked up by the courier and scanned in at their processing center to begin it's trip.

Hey guys I have a few questions regarding the elgato streamdeck pedal,

1. How customizable is it? would I be able to simply have it act like a normal keyboard?
2. what's the latency on it? I'd like to use it to control more complex camera features in fast paced games
3. is it any good

1. It has all the capabilities of the normal stream deck. Same plugins/hotkeys etc
2. Same latency as all the others. It's a macro pad not a controller. Don't expect to use it and have a good experience with face paced things in games.
3. That's completely subjective. For some people it's one of the best devices they own. For others it's a nice addition but not necessary.

hi, i'm new here. i have a problem setting up the stream deck, which has nothing to do with the stream deck, but rather with windows. in which channel can i post my question?

I have one more general question. are there any ambitions to equip the GUI of Stream Deck with a search function? If you have icon packs with more than 2000 icons (for example the hexaza icon pack form elgato store) more or less unsorted icons, it is quite annoying and time consuming to find the right icon you need.

i would also find it helpful in some cases if you could optionally display the icon file names in the gui.

As much as I love my stream decks, the glare off my room lighting on the curved button surfaces is super annoying, I did notice yesterday that if I tilt them downwards then the glare is gone but then the buttons are distorted because of the curved edges on the buttons.

Has anyone else found interesting solutions or DIY's that can help with this? I can't really do much about my lighting positions but was curious if perhaps some matte finish clear stickers existed, sort of like the PaperWhite screen protectors that are offered for iPad's

Should be able to - though for fine tuning you'd want to plug it into another one with Camera Hub to tune it, and save the settings to the camera.

Since it's a UVC camera it should be plug and play on just about everything

Hey Guys. Just to let you guys know that I ordered 4K X and Facecam MK.2, so it'll arrive in 5 days or next weekend. I tried from 4k60 MK.2, but it won't fit in on Alienware. I guess the 4K Pro only works on Corsair Desktop.

4K Pro should fit any PC that has a PCIe 2.0 x4 or newer slot available. Though in many cases newer GPUs might be wide enough to block off your other ports

hey, i have just bought a new pc and i have been trying to set my elgato game capture hd and i cant get it to load up anything like obs or the elgato software. its the first gen elgato. i tried uninstalling on device manager and restarting but i keep getting the message 'please connect the elgato to a 2.0 usb port. i have tried all the usb ports on my computer. It does have the ability to set timestamps and such that will convert to local time, but it doesn't affect things like sever image and such. Generally it's common for things like that to start with the EU (or sometimes Asia) and last through Pacific Time to make sure everyone gets to experience it.

Imho, it's basicly also a 1 click filter, install it and you're done

It's not the best, but the easiest way if you dont want to fiddle with settings

I use Rrnoise + a EQ and the sound is more than fine, some people hate rrnoise, some people love it. I'm somewhere in the middle 🙂

That's a question for #stream-deck - but make sure your plugin was updated to 2.0.3, and if that's causing you trouble, that you're signed into the Marketplace for updates in the app.

For my #question-of-the-day, it definitely was the time I put my whole water cooled setup together, then realized after turning it on that I had an entire set of fans backwards 😭

I had to take a long walk after realizing that mistake...had to remove a radiator in order to fix the issue, but I fixed it

I'm currently delaying having to replace them all again with the new iCue Link fans
