If you clear your cookies for the Marketplace, does that fix it?

If you are using Chrome and don't want to delete all your cookies, you can go into SETTINGS > SITE SETTINGS > Search: elgato.com and click on marketplace. Once you see marketplace.elgato.com under Usage click "Delete Data". That will delete only the cookies for Marketplace. You will need to relogin after doing this.

We've had a few reports of this issue and we're working with our team to get it resolved.

And yes! All audio files in the Marketplace are Copy Right free.

I'm also curious, when you land on this page for plugins, does it not auto-detect your OS for you at the top? Attached a screenshot of my view when I land on the Stream Deck plugins page. It's auto-selecting my OS, but I'm curious if it's not working correctly on your end.

The MC is a tool we're releasing soon that allows you to login with your Elgato Account and manage and/or submit new products for review on the Marketplace. Anyone can become a maker and get their work approved to be downloaded for free or to earn money from it 🙂 I think it's a great step to both ensure more mass-appeal in making things for the Marketplace and also being able to make a living out of it

Previously if you wanted to charge for your plugin or Stream overlays etc you had to do it on your own website like Nerd or Die, and now they can have both their own storefront and also be on Marketplace so people can find what they like easier

Okay! So there is no direct connection like you see on the lefthand side (SE/Streamlabs/Throne).

However, if you purchase this package the Alerts comes with the WEBM in the Animated folder. I uploaded it into Twitch and checked the Preview and from here you should be able to edit it how you want.

My current solution (worked for me) -> Open StreamDeck app -> sign out -> sign in -> click "view account" -> click "back to marketplace"

Speaking from a plugin developer's point of view, the user base of BlueSky is just too small compared to X and Threads.

That doesn't mean someone won't develop it, but it makes more sense to create for the larger applications. There is a lot of work that goes into developing, publishing, and supporting a plugin. Keep in mind, this is all done for free by the developer.

All these things factor into the decision whether to invest in writing a particular plugin.

Hi @heady cosmos make sure you have your Wave software open and any pop-up blockers turned off.

You can also go to https://marketplace.elgato.com/account/products and click on the product. It will open this page and if you click thedown arrow on the left it will manually download it instead of trying to open straight into Wave Link.

Everything is thoroughly vetted before it comes up on the marketplace from new developers. Grabbing things from like Github can however be risky, haven’t really seen any actual cases though but in theory it could.

Hello. I am having an issue trying to import a wave link preset from the elgato marketplace. This is the preset I am trying to import. https://marketplace.elgato.com/product/wave-3-988b3fa0-89d5-42f0-8b4d-59e7aa56154b. Clicking on the "Open in Wave Link" button works and it launches Wave Link and gives me a little pop up to say the preset has been imported sucessfully but when I check my Wave 3 microphone and the the Audio Effects on it there is no Equalizer. Troubleshooting so far has been to ensure that i have the most up to date version of Wave Link and also that I had no prior Audio Effects on the Microphone.

Hi @tacit flicker @wheat marsh do you have the Elgato Equalizer audio affect installed? It needs to be version 1.2 for presets to work.

You'll also want to make sure that you have Elgato Wave Link upgraded to version 1.9.3 or newer

So the other day I was asked to post about my findings with lag regarding the Marketplace website. I'm not exactly sure how to go about showing my findings, but there is notable performance issues at least on the Plugins section of the website

Normal CPU consumption on my browser is normally 2-3% watching YT. When I use am on the Marketplace website and browsing, that shoots up to over 10-12% just on that single tab and it is noticeably laggy and less responsive, and also makes other parts of the browser in other windows noticably laggy

But after I close the Marketplace, performance is fine

And I highly doubt that it's my system,

Yes, it takes me to the account, I am signed in. I have signed out and in and out and used the link to go back and sign in.

I finally found sometyhing that worked, was to delete a plugin I had and reinstall it through the marketplace. Once I did that all of the others show I was up to date and logged in. It was like it needed me to trigger something from the marketplace site before the SD realized it really was connected.

For OBS Studio you will want to extract the Scene Collection ZIP file to your C: Drive and then install it via the JSON within that folder

I've got a problem with the Market Place and the Stream Deck. I'm logged into the Market Place, and yet the Stream Deck is telling me that I'm not logged in. So what's the disconnect between the two?

Did you log into it on the site, the app, or both? In the top right there, if you're signed in that person icon will be your Initial or your profile icon. If it's not click it and log in - it'll take you to the website, and if you're already logged in there, that should be it.

OK, when I click the image on the Stream Deck app to go to the Market Place, it opens up the site on my Chrome browser of which I wasn't logged in at the time, I got logged in and then exited out of the stream deck app thinking that it would see the connection and then see that I was logged in. I suppose you could use a multi action and create a bunch of single hotkey actions in each action in it if you want but that seems like more work then just getting the proper macro plugin.

I could've used the native Hotkey multiple times under a Multi-Action, but that's a bit much. I saw BR's SuperMacro earlier, so thanks for confirming it as a good choice.

One negative side effect of the plug-ins is how they bloat %appdata%/Elgato. Plus, a lot of them create their own log files that simply accumulate.

Normally, this is not a problem, unless you're low on HD space -or- you have to use the Elgato Windows Reporter tool, per Elgato support's request.

I just experienced this situation and could not upload my .Zip file with the diagnostic data because it was a whopping 515mb! The max upload size is 300mb and, needless to say, GMail rejected it.

I cleaned house and uninstalled the majority of my plug-ins that had the 'cool factor', but either were not being used or weren't worth the space.

Ok thank you. Actually I was wondering does this have anything to do with a login issue for Wave Link? I haven’t been able to actually sign in on wave link for some time. It opens the browser I sign in through google and it redirects me back to the wave link app but never signs me in
