Hello everyone, I bought a HD60x capture card and I want to play pubg mobile game on iPad and stream via computer, but when I connect the capture card with the apple converter in the pubg mobile game, when I turn my team's sound off and on, the sound is broken for my headphones. Please help me and advise if this product is compatible with iPad m2 or not? If so, why does the sound of the game break, please watch this video carefully.

It's not on the list of "legacy" products, and the help section doesn't have an End Of Life notice for it so I'd guess it's still be being sold - but looking it up seems like that particular product might have moved under Corsair's branding in the buyout. The few places I see stock it's "Corsair Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock" now (eg Amazon and over at https://www.corsair.com/ca/en/p/hubs-docks/10daa8501/elgato-thunderbolt-3-dock-eu-uk-hk-sg-10daa8501 ) while most of the streaming related stuff retains the Elgato only branding on most retailers.
Do keep in mind that this dock does need a Thunderbolt 3 port on the PC to work, it doesn't add the port itself, TB3 is how the dock connects to the system (just to be sure we're on the same page) - you've mentioned the PC doesn't have any ports so I wanted to check that if you're trying to add a TB3 port (this is not the product for that), or if you have a TB3 port and need a dock to add other types of ports.

Yes Basically I have one TB3 port and the other is standard. as for what I mentioned is true I don't have any ports left since 1 has the ELgato Wave 3 Mic and the other has the Elgato Stream Deck XL connected to it

My camlink stopped working out of no where and I don’t use it much. When you plug it in, it blinks a few times then shuts off. If it’s connected to my camera, it will show that it’s trying to connect but then fail.

I tried…

• On multiple computers
• different cables
• updated my computer
• unplugged then plugged in
• usb ports are 3.0
• looked for firmware updates
• restarted computer

Nothing has worked. I bought this in May of last year 2022.

Here is a thought from my engineering mindset.. When I am creating a complex multi-action switch that includes firing up a stream, I sometimes want to check timings for various elements etc without actually firing up the stream or recording start functions. One thing that is missing from Stream Deck Controls is the ability to "Troubleshoot" or dry fire actions. It would be beyond useful if there were an ability to "comment out" or bypass certain steps in a multi action/multi action switch object, perhaps implemented by a checkbox next to the items listed, combined with a step object.. ie... click each item to make sure the thing needed is being done. This is similar to IDE environments for thinks like apple script's editor, etc. Super huge fan of all things Stream Deck and I use three XLs, 2 SD+s, a 64 Key Stream Deck Mobile (ipad pro 12.9) and Stream Deck Peddle along with my Wave XLR and Wave DX. Equipment is just damn near bullet proof and you are all to be commended for your dedication to quality.. Huge Shout out to Vivian Wang (elgato enterprise account person) who got me hooked all all your gear!

It really depends on your setup, DX is dynamic and great for podcasting or rooms that don’t necessarily need audio treatment since they aren’t as sensitive

While Wave 3 is a condenser and picks up basically everything that you don’t noisegate off

Never had an XLR mic, so I’m not sure if it’s worth getting one or not

Audio treatment of your room is always preferred but can get great results with plugins through Wave Link

I’ve always been a musician so I went XLR from the start, it’s so versatile

No matter what you choose you’ll get access to Wave Link which is totally incredible

Makes it even better with the dials on the Streamdeck+ also ^^
