I'm not sure how I feel about this season. Yet again it feels like a regular season but cut down. It's definetly a step up from Shattering though

IF all the quests are going to be spirit memories, im going to roll my eyes. It's basic spirit memories (but I guess with music and sparkles) passed off as quests. A two for one.

That renders it like any other normal season minus actual quests. It's like enchantment but still somehow less content.

The arena isn't new a new area and it's gotten a face-lift before in dreams and there was still TWO massive and intricate seasonal areas.

Its just confusing why we are going backwards at a time like this???

You don't have to collect any wl
Just find the map shrines in each area and meditate there for a bit to unlock this spot on your map
Then you can see if there's any wl to be collected or not
Note that some area's shrines are currently missing

Maps show just the areas you have unlocked by finding shrines, the big winged light is actually you, actual wl show up as glowing dots
If you have all wl collected in the area where the shrines are, they won't appear in the map
Spirits won't appear either, since you probably have them all collected already

I found that I have to place my priority on dodging the crabs, since you have quite a lot of time before the shard disappears. It definitely enhances gameplay aspect that TGC's shattering reveal blog has suggested. This is purely in my opinion and preference and I quite like the idea of strategizing and taking your time to complete the shard, rather than trying to finish it quickly. (That is unless you have friends, then it is much faster)

If you write a table drive in view of Mount Eden from the Starlight Desert, there are several golden skykids that you reach. But the table drive can't be used because it's already blocked, and the OOB is now dead

Speaking of the season is anybody else having the issue where you hop onto beta and the vocal instrument is missing notes BUT you can hop on and off throughout the day and the notes that are missing get switched? Like I don't know what causes it specifically but sometimes I can hop on and the notes are missing on the higher end of the scale and sometimes I'll hop on and they're missing on the lower end - additionally sometimes it's only one note and other times it's three or four
At first I thought it was related to the realm I was in, then maybe the height my kid was, but now I can't figure out the specific problem other than it happens randomly when I close and reopen beta throughout the day.

I would disagree slightly in that yes we have gotten to chase spirits in the past, but this is a little bit different. I like that the story moves on without us. It’s more of a moving part then the assembly or flight spirits because rather than the memory dying without us, the memory continues

It's kinda hard to know what story the relieve scenes tell because there's so much going on. One needs to follow the voice before the meter runs out, the music, the sparkles, it's all wonderful, but I didn't get what the story was told. Something with a skykid and a spirit...

Well, there were many elements that threw "the main story" off the path. I know that the spirit found a skykid, that they chilled together, at some point the spirit falls to its death and the skykid mourns. And that's pretty much what I managed to see. The rest of 95% was "gotta run fast" to get the spirit while signing to Runaway lol

Story so far:
Parent spirit and child spirit (but not a skykid that can fly)
Go on journey through the cave
Parent points to the ramp as their destination
Parent carries child on shoulders and boosts them up the ledge
Child runs around excited to get to ramp
Realises parent is no longer with them
Goes back to the ledge to see they have collapsed
Mourns their death
Carries onto the ramp
Boats appear to presumably take the child on the next part of the journey , possibly to 'home' if we use the lyrics

Regarding the race, they added more seats above the coliseum entrance and they removed almost all the ice in the seats and some snow within the ice skating race area. And when you do enter the Coliseum, they have consequently removed the pure red hue of the area which is kind of sad. However, they did add a new purple-maroon -ish tint to the whole view, which is nothing like the old tint, but it still is cool ngl

To be honest: I love the coliseum a lot, but I thought it was too lazy for TGC to make another change to the coliseum, even though it now looks a lot like Light awaits, the coliseum change again I thought it was lazy.

It could change another area like: Daylight prairie, Hidden forest or Isle of Dawn, but it seems that seasons like this exciting only happen in the Valley of Triumph.

I kind of don’t see a similarity between the S:LA version of the coliseum from the current beta one I might be imagining a different version of the old area, that being the cloudy version of the arena. And while I do agree, another change to the coliseum rather than just creating another seasonal area is quite lazy, it might have a reason just standing in plain sight; She’s a singer, she is known for having a recent influx in concerts (odd rumors even claiming she’s planning an entire world tour), the coliseum has been throughly cleaned and redesigned to the point we can sit in ANY AREA OF THE AREA, and once again the fact that she was chosen to just be located in a random corner within the coliseum rather than some grand extravaganzaic Vault like area is quite unusual… (yes I am going to say it again ) The dots connect to form the conclusion that she will indeed do a CONCERT

So, I assume people have seen the blue banners / canopy looking thing that’s behind the door where Aurora is. And the fact it does open if you approach the door from behind (there’s wind walls when trying to drop down to the door but you can squeeze in quite easily). I’ve been trying to get behind the door solo in live, to see if that opens as it does in beta. Which is not as easy as Aurora have changed the coliseum quite drastically lol (easier to oob for instance than it is in live, less windwalls)
Since there’s blue banners/canopy behind the door there too. Which I find really interesting.
Anyone happens to know if that’s the case for live, anyone tried to open the doors from behind?

I honestly think its okay as long as there is no much details to observe such as the first quest, they were just walking on this one so at least for me it was enough to see what was happening. They did change to be a bit slower on the second update too i think, i felt some difference but could also be server lag

For me, when I did the quest the first time, I would stop and walk thru the figures thinking that would trigger the next checkpoint but I guess we are supposed to follow the light/the “voice”. I wasn’t able to keep up with the bubble and so I would fall behind.

Maybe improving instructions on how to follow the quest is as easy as removing the spirit “checkmark” noises so to speak. I also thought that walking through the spirits would complete it and it took me another run through to understand.

From my estimate, there are about 2500 seats in coliseum, but only about 1500 people can seat at same time because they are bugged. When someone seat near you, the one sit on the left can be pushed up, and lost their seats.

So it’s not even about the placement of seats being too near to each other? And instead it’s a bug that somehow makes the adjacent seats overlap, and forces others away from the seat, like what would happen when two people try to sit on the same seat at the same time

It’s definitely a bug. The most likely reason is that TGC has not implemented the proper notes in order to have a full keyboard. Do keep in mind that instruments will change their scale to match whatever music’s playing in the background, or in the case of music sheets, the appropriate scale, and therefore the notes used will vary. (Ie, the 3 notes that have the diamond and circle together are the musical note that the scale is built off of)

I’m pretty bad at explaining this kind of stuff since i’m not an Actual musician but i hope that helps you make sense of it

Also to what you’ve said i believe the notes that are absent depends on the musical scale. I have not tested this properly but I think you could do it by playing a couple different sheets and seeing which scales have missing notes.

Sky wiki should have the key signatures of each sheet but off the top of my head…

F major - Stagehand
D major - Modest Dancer
B major - Forester
E♭major - Dismiss
C major - Bird Call
E major - Earth Prophet

The crash is not limited to the vault, it should happen in the fifth realm you enter after you log in. Try logging in and going to the vault first.

I love the bangs of the new hair with the golden rings a lot but the back is essentially the exact same as the Timid Bookworm hair and the Manta hair aside from the end of the braid, maybe it would be neat to either have the braid be quite a bit shorter / be turned into a braided bun / be made longer (which may cover up the wedges though) / to split the braid in two, braided twin tails would be cool or essentially just a little more variation from the other two, I love all of the three hairstyles a lot but them being so so similar could maybe be changed a little :>

within my own observations, there is 3 flying jelly parts

• the first, at the end of tunnel which you use to access the rest of the area

• second, at the spire like cave structure, which for me, the game put me on the jelly automatically

-the third, at one of the side caves with the wing light, which you had to click a prompt to get on the jelly
i played the quest 2 times, first the jelly took me away, second i fell off, i think its probably have something to do with your distance to the jellies, when you click the prompt it does take you onto the jellies but if you're a bit far out you fall off, unless you correct yourself, its a bug in a way

In the beginning they all scared off a group of baby jellies and continued on their way. But half way through they got into trouble and lost one of their friend. Despite the fact they tried to scare away (and maybe even hurt) jellies - they came for the rescue.
Then we skip a bit of time I suppose and the next time one of the miners with another group won’t let them hurt the jellies.
