It’s Turtle Time! Start making your way over to the Sanctuary Island!
You can get there by flying through the gate on the right in the first space after the social area and continuing through the Bird’s Nest to get to the main islands (then fly down towards the far side of the big island, opposite to geyser and land on the small islands out at sea), or you can take the wind paths to get there!
It’s the second exit from the start (pass isles, then go in via sanctuary).
Look out for the turtle (I’ve never actually seen it myself) and be sure to collect the big clams on the beach!
You can also collect shells around the trench in the water and follow behind the turtle to collect wax!

if you aren't seeing the shard events its highly likely because you haven't been to Eden yet. Shattering is an Eden based season. If you have seen the shards then you probably missed them today or something. The shards appear an hour after reset so in about 30 mins
