it depends. the memory shows that the two ground-level exits caved in (something that got resolved over the 200 years from then), but the holes in the ceiling were open I believe.
if Hidden Forest was becoming abandoned, nobody would have been able to save Tearful. but they certainly would've starved

This is why I'm always happy when tearful miner's part of the daily. They're enjoying some refreshments in the aviary cafe, and chatting with other spirits!

I think the reason why tearful miner's the most fascinating and scary spirit to me is because I've watched way too many cave-crawling video documentaries...

In tearful miner's case, it's not their fault and the other miner's will to be in that situation. Poor management, the earth's instability out of being dug way too many times, the trees dying so that the soil is more unstable (no more tree roots holding the earth in place, or taking the excess water away so landslides may be more common)

In the end it's all because of overmining and the miners having to be put in such a situation. A tragedy that could've been avoided.
And I wonder if it's all forest elder's doing.

For me, I think it can't be avoided that some items may look similar to past items.
Because we seem to be building a world or culture off it.

The people (Instead of spirits, let's call them people for past-tense they-were still alive) seem to have cultures or subcultures.

Blue-colored/wing-motif/bird-motif spirits seem to be migratory/nomadic

Fluffy, big and tall with black-yellow-red motifs seem to belong in very cold areas

Gold and white with silver head pieces and dull scarves seem to belong in vault areas

Soldier outfits that ranges from deep purple to greens to browns seem to belong in GW areas

I think it's less about spirits and items being recycled/repeated, and more about building on the themes and concepts that exist already in game. Bringing more depth to existing stories and spirits, building on the culture and environmental inspirations that Vic touched on already too!

It can happen, some people may connect more to different aspects of any new content and that's okay! I'm sure that any thoughts about cosmetics feeling too similar or spirits repeating is just as worthwhile as appreciation for the story that we uncover through the seasons. Though I personally do wish people could look beyond face value of content and consider why certain decisions are made and themes are chosen, it makes Sky feel a lot more fulfilling when you consider the deeper aspects

You can find many in Golden Wasteland as well as Seasonal area for GW. :] (Ive been collecting dyes over the past few days and it's been great!)

There is a wiki page for dyes but there is a cap on how many you can get of each dye per day.

Black is found in Golden Wasteland, Vault of Knowledge, and Eye of Eden. And is capped at 1 per day alongside white.

White is found in Prairie, Forest, Valley.

Just to add some info about dyes: there is only dye in one place in vault, the archives. It really isn’t a great source of black. The plants reset every hour, not with moving in/out of areas, so you can plan around sweeping either wasteland or Eden before the hour is up and then going backwards through the same realm on the new hour

I think I hit my tallest height a few years ago, then got tempted to try for max height and never got my tallest height back again.

I'm pretty close but I don't think I'll ever get mine back again.

I think 50+ is possible. There was an app that gives accurate height changes but I think there was an issue with tgc about it.

I also think TGC should implement an easier way of getting hearts since hearts take a while to accumulate unless u have a bunch of friends, it’s hard for solo players and it’s unnecessarily difficult to acquire them. They should set a system similar to how you would get seasonal candles

To be fair, there's gonna be the side that will absolutely be against ults coming back and it's understandable.
If I would propose an ult iAP shop, they'd have to like, make slightly "inferior" versions of past ults. Which may satisfy people who defend ults being forever locked up, but it will be additional work for tgc to modify each old ult.

Example of people against resurfacing of past ults is the "owl hair 2.0" scenario, where people say "rhythm ult hair is superior to performance ult hair"
