I suggest a skin system
My friends want to use different dresses with the invisible girl pants from the moomin event which kinda socks that it is only based on that dress
This system will also hold the chibi size change so you could wear any mask while in chibi size
And my idea for a new skin is a puppet where you can see the ball and socket joints as any puppet would have

So apparently, if you change your cape in special area in current season (that's required ult cape to access), you'll appear capeless, and this can't be undo even though you wore the ult cape back. Just go back from the palace and your ult cape appear back
