Try disabling E-cores via process manager. If I don't disable them, then my game starts to lag out after a minute or so. If you want more details, toss a DM my way and I can walk you through some of it. Also to you as well @gray elbow

It doesn't specifically label them as such in task manager, but if you go to details for an executable and you open the 'set affinity' menu, you should be able to select/deselect specific cores.

Depending on your CPU make/model, you'll have a different number of P (Performance) and E (efficiency) cores, as well as Virtual (hyper-threaded) cores.

My theory is that if you don't un-set E-cores for Sky, the game along with Windows' core management thinks it's a lower priority application and offloads it to the E-cores to save power... and E-cores tend to not be as zippy in their response times and processing power...
