I think only the devs know exactly why you're banned. They look through the accounts manually so surely there should be a reason for that

And PC is very easy to apply exploits because of how PC works (remember extensions on Google etc etc) unlike IOS which is very secure

summary of events:

• want to go as Tracer so they can learn how to use her evasion-based moveset
• realise there is absolutely no healer on the team, changes to Mercy after first death as Tracer
• someone else proceeds to take the role of Tracer
• said Tracer keeps dying/getting hurt, so i have to constantly heal them
• tries to revive Tracer after they get downed, only to get downed by enemy team spawnlocking us
• above point happens at least thrice, but in one instance it was another Agent (cannot remember who, probably Genji? my memory's really hazy)
• needless to say, we lost

I don’t doubt that the devs have been trying to solve the bug, especially as it’s very inconvenient to players, however bugs correlated to player currency tend to be quite difficult to fix due to how complex the system behind it is.

Honestly, Days of Feast (around Chtistmas time) could be a nice day to confess. In the Secret Vault area there is a Christmas tree made of stars, so that could be a romantic place to confess right underneath the tree with the snow falling

If you want to wait though, try during Days of Love during the meteor shower time. You both can sit in a gondola & sit at a spot with a good view of the meteor shower while you confess

Pals, from what I was able to determine, this bug apparently triggers when your Skykid does the pray animation during daily light refresh.

Just wanted to let y’all know I reached out to Sky support about the missing accessories (the scarf and hair pieces that go with the Hopeful Steward). I asked if they could bring the Hopeful Steward back as a Traveling Spirit so we’d have another chance to get those items.

I explained that it wasn’t super clear the accessories weren’t part of the set, and I know a lot of us were disappointed about it. I told them it’d be really nice if they brought it back, especially with New Year coming up.. it would make the vibes complete.

They got back to me saying they totally get it and will forward my request to the right team. They couldn’t promise anything, though, since the Spirits show up randomly, but they made sure to let me know my feedback has been heard.

I think candles might work, but you cannot forge at all while it's bugged.

You'll need to just remap the forge button from what I understand to avoid accidentally forging for the time being
