The final third of the statue section gives 0 cover against the rock : for the statues in that section you have to facetank the rocks and hope you don't run out of WL before crawling to the final statue
So without a massive WL reserve this is near impossible

So really your goal is just to get as many statues as you can manage
More statues = more candles at the end
Iirc it's a quarter of a candle per statue

This for now has all the spirits (should be haha, if not message me please there was an awful lot so i could have missed one) seasonal and regular, a seasonal quest little check area. In the future ill add a winged light sheet and map shrines and other little things (maybe music sheets hehe).

My best advice for that spirit memory is to take your time
The spirit timer isn't strict, wait and observe the krill paths to figure our when is a good time to go from safe spot to safe spot
If crabs ever get in the way deep honks will solve the problem
And if you get spotted, remember that once you cut line of sight with the krill you'll be safe as long as you don't move

Go under the krills like a true mischievous creature , they honestly seem clueless after you've grown used to avoiding them

If i had to give advice, if a Krill spots you, just run! It's not worth losing WL over a spirit, and if you break line of sight with the Krill, you can usually save the spirit before it fades.

The krill cannot normally look under them or behind them
Being anywhere in front of them is dangerous, under and behind is safe
Generally the spotlight doesn't actually indicate much, so don't focus too much on it : if you stand ib front it'll probably see you even if the spotlight seems safe because of unpredictably it moves

If you're willing to wait for a long time, the Pleaful Parent spirit becomes a Daily quest, and on that day you can just hang around until some others are trying to do that spirit, and you can run with them. Or you can ask for help and someone can back you up.

You find the cloud currency in Aviary Village, 5 per day. One is found through the daily quest involving Cinnamoroll. The other 4 are in the pop-up cafe. 3 from taking pictures with cinnamoroll, and 1 from sitting down and waiting.

If you're talking about the cloud cape, it is in the cafe with Cinnamonroll. You have to open up settings then go to the store menu to see it. It costs $15 here but it varies in your region.
