Unless you have a particular mask you'd like to work with, I'd say maybe try out a smaller size with the chibi mask first. It's shorter than what you can get via resize, but it should give you a good impression on what it's like.

It's a sort of, spiced vinegar dip. Some minced garlic, cracked peppercorns, sometimes a bird's eye chili there, or minced shallots. Perhaps a touch of sugar and soysauce too.

We had some okoy, a sort of deep-fried shredded squash and shrimp patty and vinegar goes well with it. But he keeps gulping it down and leaving none for the rest of us.
