When I wanna do a spirits quest a white circle shows up which I have to meditate to get the task done but since the update whenever I meditate it doesn't work, first time it shows "gather all the pieces" or something like that depending on the quest but nothing else shows up and the circle reappears

It's not simply related to Android version as some people on the same Android version can play and others don't. CPU and GPU it's what differs between android phone models, and with so many different variations could be hard to narrow the issue to one single element. This is a problem with Android since forever, that's why making software for IOS its much more reliable, they all share same operative system, same processors.... So what works for one works for all.

Sadly we need to accept that TGC is an group of people working in this project, and they’re human, not machines that work hour after hour, they already are testing some fixes in the beta versions of sky, but they can’t launch the fixes without enough testing, it would break more the game, as well as they’re working in the next events/season, so the best thing we can do is wait and leave our feedback saying that we want some kind of compensation for the time we’re missing out of the game ~~remember that if it’s an lot of people asking for a compensation we’ll probably get it, as a big portion of sky players are from android and a big part of android players are experiencing bugs ~~

-Well some older tabs have a weak processor for efficiency purposes so the game automatically reduces the fidelity accordingly to push consistent frames

Sky has a max resolution of 720p (FHD) on android devices, so it's more noticeable on big screens. You can try turning on "Force 4xMSAA" in developer settings and see if that helps but if your processor is just old or weak, there's no real solution to that.

If you've been playing nonstop in the start of the season and didn't miss a day in doing daily quests, you actually have 15 days of leeway to miss season candles and still get everything from the pass.

In my case however, I'm 15days late in the season and got the pass the same day I returned from hiatus... i really, really, REALLY hope tgc gives compensation for the past weeks and days we've missed

As I got an email from Yona(one of TGC members), they stated that they are still investigating and collecting information, so they could find the solution as fast as possible. Yet, we don't know if we are going to get compensation, we may only hope for the best.

Oh they have to give compensation even if its just cause red shards don't work. And give us candles cause quite often we had to spend like 10 just to make friends and unlock chat manually. Let's not forget IOS users Eden is broken too so they can't get ac candles. Neather from shards or Eden like should. And some Hermit is broken with hand hold or piggy ride. These are major bugs that by default should be compensated.

Nope. You could still friend via qr code. It was possible to get ac from Eden and piggy and hand holding and piggy back is definitely not a major bug. For most of the bugs, there were alternatives so they'll definitely not be compensated

Yeup. I agree with you if it comes to friends we found in game. Those 6 candles(?) could be used for another aspects in sky.
Speak of opinion, i kinda agree with Penguin. They might not give us compensation for the red shard issue since there is alternative for it. But unable to login for 2 weeks? That's another story.
We are speaking of 70-84 seasonal candles here. I also have a friend whom lost his chance to get the ult (as like many our fellow here). I need to calm him almost everyday and ask him to pray for the best.

I think we have reversed thinking in this. The red shard mini event is actually the alternative for Eden. It was part of Season of Shattering, and not the main way to get AC. Thinking of it as the main way and eden as alternative somewhat sounds off to me. And for people who do weekly eden, the shard is just a bonus. Lets be honest, most (if not all) of us do weekly eden.
Bonus is not really compensable, i think.
(but like you said, it is only my opinion)

Every crash issue has its own reason, not all crashes are equal and don’t affect the same devices, February’s crashes were related to the device’s language, this crashes are related to certain devices drivers from Vulkan API, that is a more technical issue so it requires more time to be resolved

If you mean to Facebook log in errors, it was related to yesterday’s Meta servers going down, if the login still fails try checking Meta’s server status, and try linking another account service to you Sky account since Facebook isn’t as reliable as any of the other methods
