Looking into the phone model, it doesn't officially support Google services, which are needed to download the game. Even if your friend was able to get Sky, it wouldn't be a legitimate download and could cause several issues while playing.

Sometimes playgames fails to fetch account data. Make sure all your accounts are accesible and don't have verification problems like changed passwords or things like that if you use several devices.

The issue seems to be with Google play services. Make sure you use no proxy or v.p.n

(It might be how Sky uses API in a bugged way IF the issue came with a Sky update but it didn't because it appeared between 2 patch updates so it's not Sky). It's recommended to report it as a bug especially towards Google play and secondarily report as a Sky bug hoping they maybe (tiny chance) can alter the API for these types of devices.

How annoying is the fact that after the update the wind paths are no longer paths? Like... You enter the firts wind tunnel and you just appear in front of the seasonal guide. Then you fly (for example) to the entrance of the cave of prophecies, take the cake, do the trials if you want, fly thought the wind tunnel to come back and poof. you'd have the pass(necklace) in all platforms but the candles that come with them cant be seen on mobile if you buy it on switch and it goes both ways, if you buy the pass on mobile the 30 candles that come with it cant be seen on switch

youd be able to claim the one free candle that comes with sp and will have access to the pass locked nodes on both platforms no matter which one you buy the pass on

if you buy the pass on switch and spend seasonal candles on the switch, the candles you bought with the pass will be spent first so if you end up buying the pass on switch you could spend them all so you have the same amount on both platforms if you want

Bug reports tell the devs that you're having an issue. If they have a fix for it, it should hopefully be released within the next few updates. It can take anywhere from a hotfix to a few updates or being completely unfixable.

We usually get updates every pre-season and about one or two mid-season.

-Cant see past a certain level of height.
-Game look zoomed out so every icon is small. I can only open the wing menu so I can still do emotes.
-Cant access the constellation of home or spirits.
-Cant access chats
-Cant sit on chairs and change outfit because all interactive icons are gone.
-Cant interact with shared memories and shared space too
-Cant interact with friends

Additional tips:
· Sometimes the issue can resolve itself automatically or if you try on another connection.
· Make sure you don't use v.p.n.
· Some players were able to resolve the issue by deleting and reinstalling Sky (if account is synced)
· For some players it resolved itself by changing device language or location settings in Google account
· Changing device can help too

There is no way to set resolution. Because Sky on Android is Port only and originally written on IOS, and all android devices have the problem of Android fragmentation, the screen you see is upscaled to your display. But there are some better optimized android devices which render Sky pretty well.

Beta is an entirely different app, it's used for testing and to make sure that the things that get into live are working and without bugs although that's not really the case anymore sob

As for live android players, there are millions There are spec requirements for androids so sky won't be available on all, but most androids can play it. Sky on android has been out since 2020

Don't worry, many players including me are not native English!
You need to have 6gb for update, and a little less but still a few gb to install Sky. There's no workaround, you need to free up space on your device. (And of course, your device needs to be compatible)

I really wish TGC would have left the "aurora concert" concept in the season of aurora instead if bringing it to this one as well. So many players you can't even interact with unless you warp to them in one area is really just visual clutter. I have an issue with graphics right now- I have a Galaxy S21+ logged into sky after about a year, and when I used to play the graphics quality was perfect- bur when I logged in it was unbelievably blurry. For chat its been a #known-issues for a while.

To take a screenshot click on right bottom of the screen and click the 📷 icon. If it doesn't work click the fire emoji on channel bottom of #report-a-live-bug

To record a video: it's a Google issue (Google play does the video recording in-game). Note: on Android because how strictly it handles everything in one layer screenshot without UI is not possible. I recommend to download the better quality AZ Screen Recorder from play store

Hello , I have problem with sounds in the game ,the sound disappears as soon as I press start button, I tried to record the issue in two ways

Both couldn't and not enough indicate lack of storage, you need at least 6gb to update the game and to install it. Likely why you can't install it now after failing to update it

It's because of bugged Vulkan drivers from Poco. Remove all notifications from phone notifications tray and restart device. (Apps over apps feature like messenger bubbles and discord over Sky are not recommended)

You can't swap hardware parts or reverse device degradation.

You will have to link your existing acc to one of the emails in-game to save the progress before making a new acc

If you wanna make a guest acc for use and throw like purpose you can do as follows in-game settings -> account -> sign out
When you reach on the home screen click on login below the play option-> play with a local account (this acc will loose data once you sign in to any other acc unless you link it as well)

If you wanna make a acc for steady progress
Go to Google play games -> click on 3 dots -> settings -> changes acc for games -> sky -> ask each time. Then go to the home screen of sky and click on login in with google and choose the new acc in the pop-up that follows

Hello, I'm sorry for asking but I want to know, this bug mostly occur in Vivo type android which is the interface button inside of the game doesn't exist. I can't claim my daily Seasonal candle and daily quest, also the constellation cannot be open nor can I change my cosmetic. I want to know whether TGC already fix this issues or it's just me. Fix for this may need to come with update (either Vivo system update or TGC update Sky).
Afaik this issue is not fixed yet (in Sky latest update 0.21.1), tho i am not sure about Vivo’s timeline to release system update as i don’t use Vivo myself 🤔
As this is a device related issue, alternative i can suggest is to play Sky in other device until the problem is resolved.

Hello! A friend of mine hasn't been able to download sky ever since the Season of Passage update. When he tries to download it from the App store, the download process happens but at the end this message pops up. He has a Motorola E(7) Plus. Yes Sky is more sensitive than other online games and your ping is not a fix thing, it can change greatly from the ISP and many other factors alter it too

Update: I managed to log in.
I used my super old Nintendo account, logged out, then tried the PSN account again and bam! It worked!

I'm not sure what it was but I honestly don't think it was my ping. Likely some bug.

It matters how strong the connection is to your WiFi router by your ISP because WiFi is only one part in the signal chain.
