i use a wacom one tablet , it gets the job done, has no display screen (i prefer it that way) and is hardy as hell, though i wont reccomend the price for this type.
an alternative brand that's cheaper would be Veikk , Huoion ( did i spell that right?) or XP pen, for the same models of no-display-screen tablets.

but! if you think your display screen on your device is small , i could reccomend the ones that do have a display screen

I have no experience with other tablets since i've been stuck with my 8yr old wacom intuos draw. but i don't really recommend wacom unless you want a tablet that's professional grade
If you want to go on the cheaper side yet still funtional, i recommend xppen and huion. a display tablet if you want it for convenience sake. there are some reviews about them on yt which i advice on watching. (for me, xppen is preeeetty great )
