(just rewatched and saw you are recording UI) If you're on a controller, you can use OJDS and a USB cable. Just keep Bluetooth connected to your device and record the inputs via USB. yes, this certainly looks a lot more elongated than the ones from 2018. moreso meant that the behavior of a message candle spawning rather than a boat is reminiscent of the old mechanic. by itself, the candle looks identical to the one that spawns as you leave a shrine message or medi note

I think it would be cool to have those white candles as a message system. You can leave your specific friend a note via the friend section of the constellation at home and the candle appears for the friend who receives it on the home stone around the perimeter of the the edges when they next come on.

vvv Yes! I think it would be very cool to be able to do that. You could also have the option to let it melt away where it would auto delete in three days (and get shorter and shorter each reset), or you could, as the receiver of the message, do the cut option to delete it if you want like at the candle message shrines around sky.

I just thought about how that could ruin the timelyness of the messages that would be time sensitive. Maybe since people might have many friends who would leave these candles instead they should just melt away after they're read.

Tell ya the truth, I couldn’t give a lick bout a “new an improved” constellation if we keep having to deal with bugs like this. All my friends here have been lit already today. But half them show up unlit. This was bugged out in the new constellation and this old one too. I’ve had this problem happen in live and beta. I wish they’d fix these kind of annoying problems first. Then take the big swing at a new constellation. If we just gonna get the same bugs in a different wrapper what’s the point.

I shouldn’t have to fix it… they need to fix this bug. It’s been persistently cropping up in beta and live for like ever. When it showed up in the new constellation it really made me disappointed cause it seems like they just putting lipstick on a pig and not fixing the underlying problems.

I do think that is more of a connection issue, with the server not being able to register your lighting them. That's probably going to be difficult for any game company to fix, seeing as it depends on outside factors like local ISP issues and even a player's own wifi signal.

I couldn't notice any difference when I was just flying around in home and switching between live/beta. flying around more I felt like I had to resort to closed wing mode a lot less if I didn't have enough height if that makes sense? like I found myself able to keep gliding at the same altitude easier

The difference as discussed in #beta-discussion is subtle and in feel. If you read back there, you can make a bit sharper turns, the Skykid is a bit more responsive. Others also told you less likely hit wall (or miss candles) in valley of triumph sliding down. Feeling it highly depends on screen and response time of your device and your playstyle.

Possibly it was just a placeholder. To me it seems like it was normal jellyfish just in weird lighting (during the first version of the quest you had to go down the tower avoiding the krill and then take a stone in that aquarium, then came an earthquake and the barriers were removed, and the quest was finished)
