Frame rate depends on how powerful your phone is. If it's not a powerful phone you won't be able to do much about it... if your phone is good enough, in the settings on the top right of the screen, there will be a battery looking icon and if you tap there will be a 60fps option.

I'm a previous beta tester, so I was already on the current build and everything. However, on this page, I didn't have the "You are a beta tester" message and I had to click the "Join program" button. I'd check it out just to be safe. (The invite wave is over for now, so you'll probably have to wait until the next one to join).

Google is confusing, though, so I'm not really sure what all is required to test - we'll only know who's in when the next update for beta comes. But I'd check this link just to be safe

edit: NOTE: I DID NOT have another update for beta when I confirmed my status
edit 2: this is probably most relevant for previous beta testers, I'd imagine that new testers are completely fine! Honestly Google is really confusing, just try not to stress

When you have a bunch of fancy new capes to buy and wear in beta, but your friend is having performance issues and serious lagging from those, what would you do?
We changed back to moth(ish) style, and enjoyed the game without them. Cosmetics won’t define you, they are nice things to have, but I personally wouldn’t stay in game for months just because i own this and that etc. I did, because I enjoy playing with my friends. (Fun fact: lagging reduced significantly when we wore brown)

It depends, if the avatar has cosmetics from the season teaser that was shown on news, I think you can put it in the normal drawing channels but if it has cosmetics that aren't in the teaser, cosmetics from that actually weren't released in the teaser, then you have to put the drawings here. For example, the drawings if the anubus mask before it was seen in live.

if you are friendly to other players, you can fill up the bar. no one knows exactly what you have to do, but once it's full, you can see the moth symbol above new players. it makes it easier for helpful/friendly players to find those who might need help most

Wait for the download button. Google can be slow to recognize new testers and can take a day or two to give you access to download. As long as it says you are a tester, you are good.
