Well that was the worst ER I've ever done. What the heck is up with Eden today

Same. Merged multiple times with people and was forced to sit back and watch 3 people do Eden from close to the start.
The interface asking me to move on broke and I couldn't select yes or no. After the 3rd person eventually ran out of light, the fun did not end. I shot into the sky and then the game froze. After restarting the game I could at least return with 0 light and die, but all in all pnr took me about 3-4x as long as it normally takes me.

Truth is I did get warned about this last week and waited a few days before running Eden. Guess I''ll stick to doing that in the future.

Merging/splitting seems to get worse with every update.. I lose my alt way more often even while holding hands doing candle runs. People usually say that happens when your connection isn't good but I'm on the same network

With the 102 cureent winged lights around the realms then you should need 48 buffs, you have enough for 11 wedges

you always automatically get the one behind the rebirth door (they actually made it take longer before you can skip credits to ensure that you get it)
so always just add +1 to whatever you get from the buffs before you go in the door

one thing i always keep in mind when going to eden, is that you come back stronger than before, and plus ascended candles so having more things unlocked!

and also with wing light, it's not too difficult to get back, especially if you happen to do full candle runs, plus, i've kinda memorized the locations now which is also a bonus

so i usually get my wing light back while doing a full candle run

only way to clear eden is to lose all of your levels and die

but you get reborn

but once you do, you can get ascended candles which can get you wing buffs (essentially more wl) and you can nab every child of light in all the maps again. they'll be in the same spot. i suppose you can say that they "respawn" once you get back Home after clearing Eden, and passing the point of no return

whatever the most recent tweak to eden was is not a vibe. Getting knocked down once should not cost 10 wl, and the knockback rate once you get to the sand dune is ridiculous

Yeah, it’s rough. Just the constant sound of metal on metal. I think it was the trade off they made after they reversed the change that made it harder to move in Eden, the goal being to make it more difficult to get every single statue. And difficult it is. I had 169 WL going in the last time and only had a few left after giving one to the last statue. Personally, I’m ok with it. It makes Eden runs a bit more challenging, getting as many ascended candles as possible from each run isn’t really critical, and it’s nice not having to stand there in the red rock rain forever waiting for your WL to deplete if you happen to have a large number going in.

Yes, all you lose in Eden are your winged lights. Everything else on your account will be the same. And no friends can't join you anywhere in Eden once you're in it

The only way you can be with friends in Eden is if you go in together. But in pnr your progress is your own. Friends can help you stay recharged, but you only get credit for the statues that you give winged lights to yourself

Well, if you purchase winged buffs with your ascended candles you can get reborn with a cape and some winged lights, but it depends on how many buffs you get

Today I went to Eden and accidentally ended up in the same PNR as 3 other players, but they ran out of WL before I'd even made it halfway through the statues. When they all showed up as blue spirits, we all did blowkiss emotes at each other for a few seconds, and then I did my best to focus on dying as quickly as possible so they wouldn't have to wait as long. They continued spamming various emotes at me, and even though I couldn't see them, I could tell from the sounds which ones they were. Really cool moment.

If I’m not mistaken it depends on where you’re at (and since I don’t know how to do spoiler tags stop reading if you don’t want spoilers). If you’re collecting statues when reset, I think you can’t get them again for that week. But if you’re in that last area after collecting the candles, I believe you can in fact collect the AC again that week.

I would have agreed with you, but with the current knockdown which can sometimes staggerlock you and cost you 10+ wl, I'd say you need closer to 140-150 for a full 15 ac run

The game forces you to finish before you can enter any realm, or do anything really
Essentially, you are stuck in eden until you finish it
