You're meant to sacrifice all your wl to the statues. (There is a Pnr map in the pins (point of no return is what the place is called) There is a total of 63 statues which = 15.75 ascended candles. 1 statue = 0.25 ascended candles. The statues resets once per week, not like candles that reset daily. You can use !er to see the reset time and day:)

Is there a trick to not falling down in continous rain? I literally couldn't move past the dunes because I fell down before I could stand up 5+ times in a row

I was definitely faster and took no damage before continuous rain, made it less far because I fell 50+ times running between statues

Honestly the harsh wind didn't bother me too much, seems things have gotten worse now instead of better..

Avoid jumping, since you'll fall over every time you do. Not sure if height affects anything. I ran eden both chibi and non chibi, it didn't look it had any difference, might be just me- So in conclusion idk if you can do anything, but to just get up eventually and continue

Wing buffs not registering correctly are a bug, it's happened before with a couple of other TS I think but then TGC eventually fixed it. All we can do for now is report it and it will get fixed eventually

i always do eden chibi and since the most recent update the winds at the last part of the storm before the wl cave are less strong and i was able to do it pretty easily, that was the only main part that had given me trouble in the past so i think you should be ok

You can get it the 2nd time you're reborn that week, so going twice on the same day/week works. Tested it myself and someone else, but it's only 1 wing buff so don't need to die twice if you don't want to akdbsk

Went on my weekly Eden run today. If I eyeballed the candle fractions correctly, I was able to get to every statue! After this experience, I can officially say that I prefer to run Eden solo (if my goal is the candles). Being with friends is lovely, but I find it easier to focus on the task when I'm alone — otherwise I'm always looking for my friend trying to make sure they're ok, even while I'm getting hailed on.

There was a bug not that long ago actually, and a way to purposely trigger the bug but it got patched pretty fast iirc It was fun but the only issue it caused was not being able to die- You'd need to stand in the dark water to fry your skykid and ofc that took a while

I accidentally traveled with a group to eden, and made it to the statues and had to be reborn. However this is my second time even picking up the game. It was really exciting and terrifying at the same time. I’m just posting in here because I’m actually so shaken by the whole thing. Any tips before I go back?

Wow so I think they finally did make it easier to die or faster to die in eden after a long time of probably all veteran players complaining that once you got to a certain wing lv eden became painfully long to do i think once I got to 160 I could sprint to the last statue lightning every statue without taking cover and I would have 45 wings left.... so I just did eden and I think they might have overdone it you lose wings way faster in the rain and 4 wings together wich I don't mind but I worry it might be to much for newer players; I always suggested they added a way to die faster but in the later stages where the veterans would usually get without problem

Has anyone seen if they announced something to this regard??

I just went through the second time this week, and it was so not worth it. I got 12 candles the first time, and four the second. I had hardly anything to light. I just started, so I wasn't sure how it would work, but I was easily able to get the majority of them my very first time there

just came back from eden and when i was going in i was expecting it to be harder - i got 15 ascended candles and even though the rocks seemed to take more out of me i didn't see any difference in how it played. i think if anything they made the rocks more deadly so that if you're at max wing buff you wouldn't just stand there waiting to die. no problems on my end.

Also, just a personal note, make sure your brightness isn't too low. I had a rough time my first pass because my brightness was a half, and I could barely see. Definitely a novice mistake, but I don't want anyone else to have the hard time I did 🙏

For reference, in the old eden, I used to like going back and forth in both ends of pnr for funsies, that was with 150+ wl or so. I entered with 170 today and it was brutal. 1 hit, 4+ wls lost

The 2 main issues we had is an almost non-passable wind barrier at the entrance of the pnr tunnel. We also couldn't jump or run in the endless rock rain in pnr. Both seemed to have been fixed. I use oob route so it's always been easier for me on that part😭
Tho the endless rock rain now takes wl depending on your own wl count. For e.g. with 150wl it'll take 5, on 50 wl, it'll start taking 1. Don't think we'll ever get back the old eden but it's better than the bugs nonetheless

Jumping in the constant rock rain tends to make you fall down more, so just because we can jump again now it's still not really recommended. Just walk calmly from each statue to the next, it's still faster than it was when it was glitched

Oh, maybe because of short characters? Short characters, especially chibis, seem to float up into the air more. Though that normally happens when you hold a taller Sky kid's hand.

That happened to me and my partner today in the Wasteland. Thankfully he only lost one light and I didn't lose any, but we were in a tunnel and it spotted us.

Can I ask opinions on size when going through Eden? I'm a head taller than average, and sometimes I'll get smacked by rocks when others won't (confirmed in Eye of Eden when I got smacked two or three times and normal size person next to me didn't). I tried a chibi spell, but I'm wondering if I should invest in the chibi mask? Or is that a bad idea

I returned to Eden after ~2-3 months. Lots of new things. I was really shocked that I missed the last 2 statues because I ran out of wings, when I used to have around 30-40 wings left and just wait to die. I regret not taking the lights in the wing light aisle now because I thought it would just let me wait longer. Did they make Eden harder? Or did my Eden skills just become rusty?

they've been trying to balance Eden lately so that players with a lot of wl don't end up waiting to die at the end. previously they made it so your character walked super slow in the endless rock rain, which was pretty much universally disliked. with the days of summer update, they changed the speed back to normal and made it so you lose multiple wl at once if you have a lot.

That's true, but now you're very fast though. If you just run from statue to statue and refrain from jumping in the continuous rain, then it seems that you can even reach the last statue with maybe only 135 light kids and a bit of luck. I had less light kids, thus couldn't get the last statue past the sand dune though.

I'm assuming you know how to get oob- I can DM you a video if you don't know^^
Fly up, preferably as high as you can, til you hit the flying particles. You'll see a line of birds to the right of Eden, that's what they're talking about:] To get to eden safely, fly to the right where the birds are and continue to fly towards the temple, but keep yourself high up and on the right. Fly past the temple and you should see a hole in the clouds, even a bright light depending on what angle you're at. Go in it and land in some water and rocks you'll see it. Fly up in between the rocks, or go into the clouds to your right and up the rocks til you see a flat surface. Make sure not to land too far or you'll force skip the pnr pop up. Land, walk forward until the pop up, press x twice and you'll be teleported to the end of the tunnel

I could never find that exact oob on yt for some reason, it was shown to me in my moth days by someone so🏃

Yep there was an update that made it impossible to run or jump in pnr, it was there for a while and people really complained, because you needed 150 at the very least to get all statues. The recent update brought back the 'normal' eden, but now you lose wl depending on your wl count. At 150 and below you will lose around 4-5 wl, at 50 you start losing 1🚶

The slow bug is fixed, but you can’t be careless around the rocks anymore - you loose massive amounts of wings if you get hit
