How about learning the OOB route? Krill free, takes 3 mins, no hassle, everything is good

You don't lose winged lights from the krill directly, but you can potentially lose them if you get hit into something else that would cause you to lose even more light once you're already grayed out. So if your cape wedges are empty and you get hit into the rocks or a red crystal for example. Relying on home trick in Eden is very risky, it's better to try to avoid being seen at all if you can

so me and a friend do eden together, but because our wedge difference is too big, they end up dying before me and so their light follows me around for a while, but after a bit when im still collecting the statues, they end up in the black box and go the way towards orbit, so we server split and i never end up in orbit with a friend. is there any way to prevent this or nah?

I don't guarantee that this will work, but you could try to hug the light child at the same time, instead of your friend going off to Orbit right away. While your friend waits for you to die, you can keep talking

Yes, going through Eden is the only way to get ascended candles, but you can go at your own pace! You don't have to go through every week if you don't want to

I have a question about the ascended candles and im still a bit new to sky, people get a lot of candles there like some maybe 15 20 but I only get 5 maybe 7 and ive lit all the statues I can see, Do you get more each time you go through? (And I do wait until it resets)

i think in total there around 60-ish statues. you can get up to a little over 15 full ascended candles per week, considering that 4 statues you save past PNR make one full candle

all of the statues will return on reset on Sundays. Every one you save will remain missing until then, but those you haven't reached yet will stay where they are

basically, you can only find so much winged light in the realms. You can get additional winged lights by purchasing "wing buffs" from the spirits. that basically gives you back an extra winged light for each spirit you ascended

If you just go into Eden before the point of no return, you should be fine and can go home at any time to play normally

You can just flop around like a fish, though I don't recommend it, you would technically be flying.

The way most people do it is to change to glide mode right after lift off.

Then fight the wind to gain some distance.

Others such as myself aspire to skip to the point of no return by flying past everything. Indeed many of time I have attempted to go all the way to the eye of the storm without taking so much as a single step.

Sadly it just isn't feasible to fly further than the point of no return, but if someone was determined enough they could in theory go all the way there, and proceed to lose all their light and make it to the final area in orbit without taking a step.

If you wanted to go one step further take a friend with you and have them fly you to the 👁 and be reborn without taking a step.

That, is how to fly in Eden.

i think its still possible to go through the point of no return without actually "walking". there is a glitch where you can do an emote while moving, meaning that you could just eerily slide /float around while moving. It is very slow and dangerous, and I wouldn't call my method of not taking a single step in Eden "flying"

There are the normal Eden dangers of krill, crabs, rocks, wind, and red crystals.

Then there is the red liquid of doom.

It will rapidly sap your light away, think closer to fire trial darkness then rainy water or dirty water.

A decent tip for moffs (or me at least when I was one) is to look at your cape
Don't jump when your cape is flailing around really fast and crazy, wait for it to slow down a bit and that's a sign that wind slowed down to let you jump :pEyes:

Yes, WL means winged light, the golden things you collect to go in your cape. And knowing whether or not there are statues there will depend on when you last went. Eden gets reset every Sunday at midnight PST, so if you go on a Tuesday for example, and manage to save 40 statues, then if you go again before Sunday there will be 23 statues left for you to save that time. Once the reset happens on Sunday, all 63 statues will be available again

You can go as many times in a week as you want, but you can only get a max of 15.75 ascended candles each week if you save all 63 statues (in either one run or multiple runs), and then you have to wait for it to reset before you can get rewarded for going again

If you go before it resets and you have no statues left to save, you will just die and be sent to Orbit without getting any AC, so you lose all of your winged lights for nothing basically

The only way to really tell for sure is if you keep count yourself every time you give a winged light to one of the statues, or if you keep track of how many AC you have before and after your run. Each statues you save is worth 1/4 of a candle, so take the amount of candles you earned during your run and multiply by 4 to know how many statues you saved
