If you want to use the default color, when you're in the dye section, choose that circle with crossed icon

If you don't log out you can always return to your old device which will be synced to your game progress to keep everything smooth across devices

Yes, you can! We are just about at the tipping point where it is possible to get all ults, but there’s a double light event that helps too. If you only want the cape (of the ults) then certainly, and you can probably also get a couple more items you would like. PSN servers are fine and i'm able to log in on my PS5 without issue, which makes me think you might be having connection issues. check your connection speed on ookla speedtest, make sure you have more than 35mpbs download speed and less than 30 ping. if that's not the issue, it couldn't hurt to delete and reinstall sky. your account is tied to your PSN login, so you won't lose any progress by doing this

Things that affect height:

• your base scale mildly affects your height relative to other sky kids
• permanent height change spells change your height, they’re randomized. If you get a short height with this it stays until you use another.
• The height/size change spells that specify a direction are temporary
• Chibi mask lasts as long as you wear it

Adding to Rai (hi) it's not a canon, but a conscious choice by TGC: players sent feedback they are struggling to keep track of so many spirits. It’s hard for the human brain to juggle hundreds of different characters without hitting a mental wall as well.
