In the in-game shop, scroll to the far right to the “restore purchase“ button. It doesn‘t buy anything, instead it tries to add unreceived purchases to your account. Try to restart your game after that and look if the season candles show up

Yeah it’s sadly been happening to lots of players Try restarting your game and rechecking that area to see if you can redo it or interact with any spirits to get your daily, but otherwise I would contact support and submit a bug report

Ok so good news, they can’t use just your Sky ID to get access to your account via signing in. It’s obviously not ideal and can be used for certain things, but your account isn’t immediately compromised because of that.
I would definitely contact support. I’m unaware if there is a certain procedure you should do if this happens besides that, so keep an eye out for other answers from helpers

If a specific player has your Sky ID and received it through tricking you or pressuring you, I’d definitely say you could DM Stellify about that

It is difficult to find. If you stand facing the whale, the wing is located on the whale's right (your left) side. If you have the wings, you can fly up the front middle cavity and find a ledge on your left midway in. Land there, and walk slowly towards the front of the whale using a candle to see the ledge, Keep looking up a bit and to your right and you will see the wing around a corner just as the ledge ends. You can fly up to it from there easily. It is just a short ways away. HTH

yeah like, if you're tall you can do shortcuts in trials easier, not drowned in water when burning plants at wasteland or forest. if you're chibi you can do chibi fall, avoid rocks in eden easily, hiding in smaller place

Yeah, everyone should roughly get it at the same time if nothing additional (separately) was collected or missed (in cases of server splits or connection issues)

I think you can also miss some light if you have less wing flaps than the player leading you. As you gain more wings, you don't have to fly as close to candles to pick up the light, so if the leader forgets to fly close enough, they might get it and you miss out. Not likely to make a big difference, tho.

I don't think flaps make a difference when holding someone else, but you are right that sometimes if the leader doesnt get close enough for all players holding on to be near the light, it is possible for them to miss out on a couple pieces

The ultimate gifts of past seasons for instance aren't planned to return (yet at least).
Cosmetics of traveling spirits (that are not base spirits) will eventually return. A traveling spirit comes every two weeks in Sky.
And money-costing items from anual events have odds to return every year.
However money-costing items from past season aren't planned to return as well, until a new collaboration takes place.

For season candles, complete the daily quests and then you can claim one candle for each at home. You can also get 1 candle per day by finding four orange candles which are somewhere near the start of whatever realm has the daily quests. You can claim one more each day with the season pass but I’m not sure exactly how. For hearts, there is one at the very end of each seasonal spirit’s tree, so buy everything up to there to get it

During a season, there are various ways to get seasonal (orange) candles :

• Completing the daily tasks, that you can claim at the statue in old home, or from the spirits at the cafe in aviary
• Claiming the extra candle the pass gives you each day at the statue
• Collecting wax from the 4 orange candles that are placed in one realm (the same in which the daily tasks take place) each day

When you will have a certain number of seasonal candles, you will be able to buy cosmetics from the 3 seasonal spirits that are in aviary. At the end of each of those spirits' tree there is a seasonal heart !

Collecting all seasonal hearts will make you able to buy the ultimate gifts from the season

Its gotten a bit more common with a recent update! It usually happens when you move fast (like jumping forwards) and do an emote, i find it works quite easily with butterfly level 3/4 at tall height (i usually put it in the emote wheel, or with my capeless at min height it works well with the point emote (also in the wheel)

permanent spells refresh every day at the spellboat where you can buy 3 for 10 ac, and you can randomly get them from spirit blessings

also little funfact, if you have low/no wl your skykid does a cute (and much longer) animation to stand up after tripping

I used to go to Prairie Peaks every day to farm dye, but it’s no longer multicoloured — just red and yellow like the rest of the realm. There are a lot less dye plants too! Only 1 in Peaks and about 3 small ones in the Wind Paths…. The patch notes didn’t say anything about adjusting Peaks’ dye plants, so should I report it as a bug?

When you selected the place where you want to put your boat, a window will open up, you will be able to write a message of your choice.

There are some portals, marking a transition between two maps/areas, that are a bit bothersome when you play with friends, are holding hands/carrying them in piggy, those will have odds to split you. In that case you will need to TP back.

Yes. If someone chooses to, they can spend three candles to gift you a heart through a shared creation. Sixty light fragments/gifts of light will make a heart. There are hearts available at the nesting challenge board, and you've probably already found the hearts in base/TS spirit trees... that's all I can think of

Another way from creating a shared space, memory or message boat which all cost candles or hearts to buy, you can also write messages for free on white candles, on the diverse places where there is a stone shape in the floor (meditation places, for specific dailies that sometimes come).
