1: no, its all before PNR
2: yes, its a random dye of any colour (1 jar per purchase, you can buy 3 max but its not guaranteed to be the same dye each time)
3: they didnt say what it was, just that there will be a reward for everyone:
"The Spirit teams are competing with each other to see which one will receive the most help from Sky kids. At the end of the event, the winning Spirit team will send a special thank you message (and reward) to all Sky kids’ inboxes, in gratitude for your support."
