Hi again, ping is fine, latency is great, speed is very fast. Please advise if there are ports that need opening for the game. We have a firewall.
Additionally, it seems every time game is paused on Switch the problems begin with picking up currency, but also, have never been able to pick up festival currency even when game is allowing wax to be picked up.

How does Sky cotl or tgc handle repeated inappropriate behavior? Specifically: how many warnings are given before escalation (like mutes or bans)? Does appealling these actions rly work? Is there a cooldown period for past warnings (e.g., if I received warnings in 2022 or 2023 and started playing again, do they fade over time)?

tgc doesn't really disclose moderation procedures to prevent people trying to circumvent them, but we do know that triggering the filter too many times can get you muted, and bans are manually reviewed, meaning a real person looks over your account and decides if you've broken TOS or not. warning shouldn't stack against you

Yup nests have been bugged since a recent update. Try waiting a few minutes, sometimes the nest does load but it takes much longer than usual. However, for some people the nest doesn’t load at all unfortunately

This is probably old to ask, but when did the developers change the Radiance Cape from the Season of the 9 coloured Deer?

As in it's effects, when we used to wear it and us ourselves went out, it stayed lite.

However, I just did Eden with this cape on and now the Cape goes out when you do u only see its outline. I thought maybe they just changed it in Eden, so afterwards I went to forest to let myself go out. Cape still went out along with me, it's supposed to stay lit up.

So, when did the developers change this effect? I really liked it, specially in Eden as it helped others find me easier if I myself went out.

Did you enter a place with festival tech recently? (Like the fireworks festivals). That can affect lighting in several areas. I’m not sure if it affects the radiance cape but I wouldn’t be surprised. In that case, try restarting your game to see if it’s fixed!

Restarted my game and went to forest to test the Cape. It still went out same time I did. So guessing they removed this feature, OR it's a bug. I know it was in Live when it first came out as I did Eden with it on and I was happy to hear from my friends that it made finding me easier when I would go flying bc of a rock. Also just tested the cape and there are 2 things i noticed thatre still kinda unique to radiance cape:
-The cape doesnt have light-drain animation
-The cape immediately lights back up when you recharge, as opposed to your skykid thats still grey for a few seconds

Unfortunately all your friends can try doing is waiting a few minutes to see if your nest eventually loads in for them. If it fails to load, then there’s nothing they can do since a workaround hasn’t been found for this bug.

Hi, really late! But no, you can only do shards once a day to get the reward. About the graphic, what are you confused about, specifically? Pretty sure the graphic shows you what this one shard bring and how it looks like. It's not talking about the times or schedule the shards fall, but the waves within the progress of that shard. You can see at the start that the Main Big Shard falls in the center and as you burn stuff other shards/fragments will fall nearby but those are considered medium shards and bring more plants to burn with them

The charts not accurate and theres no real way to pinpoint height since theres roughly 4000 heights in the game. Adding to this, max height looks different between some players because theres an account specific scale when you create it. Thats also why some chibis are different heights when you look closely

i think you should be able to just use your login method from before to get into your beta account, otherwise its best to ask in the beta channels for help with that version

if it was an ios account, you might get removed due to inactivity most likely
if it was on android but now you're using an iphone or vice versa, you'll need to wait for a new invite

You just need to head to eden again to claim their wing buff, you can collect the wing buff at any time as it will always be waiting for you in orbit.
